Fabio was really attentive and personable. While I came in knowing what I wanted, he made sure to offer me a number of alternatives. Once I decided on what I wanted the transaction was quick and easy. While I anticipate that I won't have to buy another mattress for quite some time, I'll be coming back here when the time comes.

The sales person is courteous and professional. He explained the types of beds and pointed out the ones for the way I sleep.

Will The SkyDiver Rocks It was my second visit to the store in the last 7 months I didn’t buy the mattess the first time because the bed I thought I wanted was out of my budget and I came in on a whim today (01/12/2023 to as question about same as cash credit card balance I got 7 months prior and when the 0% expired and saw a bed I had to have today and Will worked it out for me Highly recommend him

Went into Mattress Firm very disheartened from my experience at a different retailer where I experienced very poor customer service. Will helped me to get pass this bad experience and was very helpful and listened to my concerns. I feel like he restored my faith in humanity that day. The person that helped me at South Park Meadows was Ted and he was so helpful and so patient. I was able to pick out a mattress and I cannot wait for it to be delivered. There is a 4-month period where you can sleep on the mattress and if it's not perfect for you you can exchange it. It's really hard to figure out what would be best for you from going around the store and trying different beds for 5 minutes and then going back to another bed and then getting confused but Ted was great let me take all the time that I needed and hopefully I picked out the perfect mattress. If not I get another chance. I had a great experience indefinitely and recommending it to anybody that's looking for a new mattress. Ask for Ted!

Our consultant made buying a mattress a super easy process. We got really lucky and snagged a floor model on clearance for a great deal. In and out in just about 20minutes! They also offer free delivery

I purchased a mattress through this location and received the mattress almost 2 weeks later due to 2 delays in my shipment. When I received my mattress I took off the cover to wash it and noticed little particles coming off on my skin and hands from the foam itself. I contacted Fabio and he was not understanding what’s so ever and he was rude to me I almost felt like I was not going to get help from him.
