Had such a great experience, Trevor is the best and helped us with with everything we needed including picking out the right mattress & answered all the questing we had! Will definitely recommend him to anyone!

My Wife and I went to mattress firm in Fairfield town center on 1/19/23 in desperate need of a new mattress. We had recently purchased a mattress from another furniture store and it didn’t work. My Wife was in pain every morning on the other bed so much so we pulled out an air mattress so she can actually sleep and I couldn’t do the air mattress so I began sleeping on the floor (for 2 weeks). My wife is a side sleeper and I snore sometimes. When we walked in we were immediately greeted by John. He was very knowledgeable about the products in the store. He took his time trying to understand what our needs were. He asked some questions and started showing us different bed options. He took his time learning what we wanted on the different bed types, and helped us find the perfect bed. John was very professional, and had excellent customer service. Every store needs people with this type of customer service and professionalism. Thank You John! We will be recommending people that we know and just anyone that needs a new bed to this location and ask for John!

Was in and out in under 20 minutes, Trevor was immensely helpful in choosing my mattress out and planning delivery, would highly recommend this location!

Great place to visit if you are buying a mattress. There are a variety of mattresses and prices. Tom was helpful on our selection and give us a great discount.

The mattress delivery was on time, and the delivery people, Michael eland his helper were very courteous and professional as well as being extremely fast! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Great place to shop for a mattress. I was helped to find one as soon as I walked in. The delivery of the mattress great, although I ordered a couple pillows and they were delayed 2 seperate occasions spanning across 2 months of waiting. After calling in, they were able to have a couple shipped from the "warehouse" and came by the end of the week. Other than the pillows, everything has been great! Thank you for everything!

Went to buy a new mattress but was not sure which one was the right bed. My sleep expert Tariq listened to my feedback on my sleep habits and recommended a few beds for me to try out.
