Went in to trade in the Hybrid Tempurpedic mattress we purchased in early September for the Soft Tempurpedic mattress. The manager, Erik, would not do an even trade, and wanted to charge us an extra $300.00 for the new mattress. Erik did not offer any positive solutions, so we are returning the Tempurpedic Hybrid mattress, and Eric is charging us $200 for pick up and restocking fee. We do not recommend Mattress Firm or Tempurpedic mattresses. Find a solution based business who values their customers. They don't appear to value your business here in Granbury.

The guys working there were great helping me, pick a great mattress. Great guys to work with wish MattressFirm work care enough about there employees and replace old out date equipment so it didn't take so long to pay, but we know the chances of that happen is like get a big raise at work.

Eric was most helpful in selecting our mattress, knowledgeable and professional. Suggest to anyone to visit for a good experience.

I was very satisfied with the service I received today. The sales representative-Spencer, was very efficient, friendly, helpful, courteous@ not pushy! I told him what I was wanting to purchase. I was in@out of there within 20 minutes! I got what I went to get! I highly recommend shopping at Mattress Firm!

Super nice man working there! Knowledgeable and helped me figure out what I needed! Erik I think was his name! We bought an expensive bed with pillows there a couple years ago! I went in to get a pillow I somehow misplaced prob my college boy took it! Anyways when I explained the feeling, design and such he knew right away! To confirm this, he went to computer to see if we were still in system and found it! Ans he was correct about the type of pillow! We chatted about we may need to buy another bed soon for when our son comes home to visit

Spent about $4000 there over the last couple years. I buy Sterns and Foster. Today I called on a base and Eric had the worst phone etiquette and very condescending. I called back and asked for Manager and he said he isbthe Manager. I'll not buy from them any longer.

David provided the best deal and customer service! So much that my sister is moving up her timeframe for replacing her bed. He is both professional and knowledgeable about the various options. He was patient as we looked at multiple brands. I highly recommend that if you are even thinking about buying a bed you go see David.

David Jones was a very attentive salesman. He worked to get the deal I had been quoted on Stern’s and Foster. The problem i had was with the application. I just traded up mu iPhone 7 to a iPhone 13 and made a few mistakes on the application. I think it would have been better if Mr. Jonas filled it out so I could get the 2 year no financing. That way I would have bought the recliner base as well. My credit score as of today is 820 so there was no reason for not getting the 2 year interest free financing. Hope the delivery goes well. But my conference is not high at this time.

Needed to return a mattress that I was not satisfied with and find one to replace it and I am extremely satisfied with the service I got at the Granbury location. Erik was very helpful and knowledgeable.

David was outstanding and the service was fantastic.
Was in and out in minutes with a brand new mattress shipped to my home.
Definitely professional and well ran business I will definitely being coming back to in the future.
