Mr. Will greeted us in a non aggressive manner asked a few question and presented us with options for what we needed. Did not try to up-sell us to more expensive models. Had good product knowledge and the mattress came with a price match guarantee. Next day delivery and haul-off for $29.

I have personally used seally, purple, serta and temper pedic and after the first king size "DOZE" we purchased pre pandemic, we have been more satisfied with Mattress firms brand name mattress "DOZE" than any other. My wife and I are super side sleepers and have zero plans of purchasing any other brand. As evidenced by purchasing one twin two years later for our guest trundle bed and finally for our 2 years toddler bed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND DOZE to anyone shopping around!
