Wonderful place for your matress shopping. Great price as i have shopped for many matresses in my lifetime. Quality at very good prices. No pushi sales person. Just kind and advice giving sales person when you ask for help. I was very happy with Bronson our sale person, he was very imformative and sold me and my son to buy two king size matresses with foundation. Bought two king size beds for the price of one and great quality. Matresses are an investment so get a great quality matress for a great price you wont regret it. We are extremely happy with our purchase. Thanks for the wonderful advice Bronson.

Richard is the epitome of customer service! Extremely informative, kind and helpful. Wasn't exactly sure which kind of mattress I needed but Richard made sure I left knowing I made the best choice! Plus this place had a really great sale going so I got an amazing deal- saved over $200!

This is the second bed I have bought from this store. Richard was knowledgeable on everything in the store. He asked us a few questions. 15 minutes later we were purchasing our newest bed. Highly recommend this store for your needs.

They don’t deliver on time. Been a schedule for a month. They had it when I could get it 3 days at signing time. But a month later it is missing. Don’t use them! Bad customer care. Nobody answers you!

Knowledgeable staff, fair price, fast delivery.
My only complaint is that emails are misleading, offering 20% off but when I get to the store I couldn't use the coupon.

They advertise a lot of good quality and affordable bed frames and mattress. However almost always out of stock, they'll order it for you but in the meantime come look at the expensive items they have in stock now and you can take with you. They use the items on their website to lure you into the store and than try and sell a cheeply made and over priced item my too you.

I went in the other day with a problem and Daniel immediately fixed the problem while being kind. He is a great worker and good with people. I will definitely be coming back again!

Ryan was very nice. We had time to look for a mattress. While he finished up a sale. We asked about a few mattresses and decided on one. We received excellent service now We are waiting for delivery.

I loved the salesman. He didn't try to sell me what I didn't want. He asked me what I wanted, I told him and he showed me what he had. I only went in to price shop, but I was so impressed and comfortable, so I went ahead and purchased a bed! I am very happy with my decision!

Went in on Saturday evening and Brandy took care of me. She was very personable, and well informed. Great personality and great service. I couldn't get approved on that evening so I came back Sunday afternoon. Daniel helped me thru the finance options. Let me tell you this guy is a finance God! He worked on my options and my account until I was able to get what I wanted. These people were such a pleasure to do business with! Great prices, great service.

What an amazing experience. Ours sales lady, Brandy, was very informative and helpful. She took her time with us and help us make a very tough decision without being pushy. Definitely would recommend.

Where to begin. This review is both 5 star and 1 star because I can’t rate any lower. The bad: We went to the State Fair of Texas and stumbled upon Mattress Firm there. Ryan Simmons helped us. Remember that name. Once our purchase was completed I noticed that on the receipt that it said pre owned mattresses. I pointed that out and Ryan said that he would get it fixed. My mistake not waiting for him to fix it. Once I received the order # and was able to start checking on it nothing was fixed. So I got I touch with him and he said he was working on it. I was able to see that he did get everything done on another check of the order status. Or at least I thought he did. Fast forward to delivery day. The delivery personnel was professional and started bringing up the items we purchased. I noticed the mattresses were pre owned still. I got in touch with Ryan again and he told us that he would get another delivery scheduled the same day for the afternoon to bring new and pick up pre owned. He said would happen between 4 and 10 pm. So we stayed home waiting on this delivery. In the mean time the bed we had was not old and gave it to a family member. So at this point no bed to sleep on. Well the delivery never showed. WhAt a wasted Saturday. I was able to reach out to the warehouse that was supposed to bring the bed and was told that the new order was cancelled. I tried to reach out to Ryan and got no responses. At this point we were beyond frustrated and not being able to believe anything Ryan said we decided to talk to the store about keeping the preowned mattresses and they were less than a month old. The good: Zack a part time employee took my call at this store and was able to get me a credit for the two preowned mattresses and saved the tax off of that as well. Interesting how a part time employee can get more done than a manager…… I really appreciate Zack and all of his help he gave me. This review is not against the store but Ryan Simmons who failed to provide customer service befitting a manager. I will do business with Mattress Firm again but definitely not with him.

Was very helpful, very nice, was quick, and was very professional as usual never had a bad experience with Mattress Firm always will go there first.
