Mattress Firm Pasadena

Purchased a new mattress for our guest bedroom. Edward helped us and also informed us on not only that mattress but a future one for ourselves once it’s time.

I just bought a king size at this location. The customer service was OUTSTANDING, i had zero knowledge about mattresses and Edward M. Educated me and helped me. Zero pressure from the salesman, and his friendly attitude made me feel comfortable with my purchase. Edward M. Deserves a raise.

Demetrius was very patient and knowledgeable! It was a pleasant experience picking out a mattress. He listened first to what we needed and then guided us to what would work, answering all our questions. Good, very, very good! I'll recommend him and Mattress Firm to others.

Awesome experience! Demetris was SO helpful with choosing all the options (taking advantage of the early Black Friday sale). I got the mattress ON SALE, a FREE metal bed frame (no need for box springs - yes!), and 50% OFF on one of the accessories (sheet set / mattress protector against dust mites). The Sleepy's sheets are so soft and comfy. The zip-up allergy mattress protector slipped easily over the 11 inch mattress, with room to spare. I'll be back soon to get another set for the 2nd bedroom. Also. I'm a pillow-phobe, constantly searching for the "one, " so I'll be back to check those out, too! Oh, the delivery guys are the bomb, showing me how the frame assembled, and taking my old one to my garage. Thank you Mattress Firm!:)

I've been shopping bed frames for a while and after finding what I thought may work for my space at Mattress Firm online, it didn't offer enough information so I called the nearest location in Pasadena TX. Demerits answered the phone quickly and was tremendous help, looking it up for me on their site and when that didn't answer the questions I had, he took the time to research it quickly through other avenues and answered all my questions. I was also able to easily provide him my information over the phone (name, address, phone number, email) and with a quick text link
I could check out.
In a matter of minutes all my questions were answered without pressure sale and I was able to complete my purchase simply and quickly. I will visit Pasadena TX (Fairmont) Mattress Firm for my future bedding shopping. Thank you Demerits!

Mattress Firm is a bully corp.they forced the MLB to not allow Mattress Mac throw out the first pitch for Astros.
Tired of this corporate bullying and attempt to run everything by billionaires. Ill never shop here again.

Was not sure about which mattress to get and after the poor woman dragged out 4 different mattress’ I decided on one. Only it was too expensive. She then suggested a call to ‘clearance’ as bd they had one for half thrice! Very happy with my new mattress Eve if it’s just for the spare room.
