Kj helped me purchase a mattress in October. She was very helpful buf I discovered I’d made the wrong choice. I went back to Mattress Firm to return that mattress and purchase another. Kade spent a lot of time explaining the different features of the mattresses I was considering. When I made a decision he was respectful in writing up my new order and explaining the pricing and delivery service. Both were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent experience with KJ! She gave me so many options to fit my budget. I love that she was patient and didn’t pressure me to make a decision that l was not comfortable with. I purchased a new mattress and adjustable bed frame and I’m very happy with my whole experience.

Easy experience! My salesperson Nate was helpful and knowledgeable. Good staff and an abundance of stock depending on your mattress needs. My delivery will be a little longer, over a week, but that’s only because of their Black Friday sale.
