This was the best mattress shopping experience I’ve had after going to multiple stores. I would highly recommend Tony as he approached me not as a salesman, but as someone helping me find the best fit for me. He was very thorough, went through every single detail imaginable, and was able to answer every question I had. Since he was very personable and not overly pushy it made my decision that much easier to purchase a mattress here.

This is the second time that Robert has assisted me with purchasing a new mattress. This time I was shopping for a mattress for a family member. Robert took the time to gather relevant information so that he could provide a recommendation on which mattress would be the best for them. The customer service is great. So happy my mattress will be delivered in just 2-3 days. I also delighted with the fact that if the mattress doesnt work out that I can exchange it for something different without a restock fee. I would shop here again for sure.

I was helped by Christy Cook who was very informative of the massage chairs and let me try each one to see the differences. Wasn’t pushy acting with selling. Very friendly and answered all questions completely and honestly. I would recommend this place and Christy to anyone.

My wife and I got immediate attention as we stepped into the store. The store is very organized and has plenty of mattresses for showcasing. Mr. Kyle greeted us and asked if there was anything in particular we were looking for. He gave us plenty of feedback and recommendations on how to pick and choose our mattress. We this said, we were content with our final choice and Mr. Kyle proceeded with finalizing our purchase order. He helped us setup a next day delivery and now we’re at home enjoying our mattress and finally getting some good sleep. Christian at Rest & Relaxation was awesome! Not knowing much about mattresses, I walked into the store half browsing & half interested in just getting something affordable. He worked with me to understand my needs and what type of mattress options would be suitable. He was knowledgeable and thorough without the gimmicky sales angle. Most importantly, he also got me a great deal! If you’re looking to make a mattress purchase, go see Christian. Trust me you won’t be disappointed!

The biggest advantage for us was the knowledge our sales person had about all products in the store, Victor at the Grand Parkway store. Additionally at Rest & Relax, they carry the highest grade products Mattress Firm sells. “You get what you pay for, right”. We went with a King Intellibed, expensive but with a 20 year warranty and the quality of the bed, we feel for us we made the right decision. What we found with this mattress, it accommodates all sleeping positions, back, side or stomach sleepers. And just as important by it’s very construction it sleeps temperature neutral, a big plus for my wife. I do recommend Rest & Relax for anyone that wants high quality and the most comfortable mattress.

This place is awesome! Wanted a spa and was told locally it would take months. Victor went above and beyond to make it happen and 0% interest financing! We are loving our Spa! THANK YOU VICTOR!

Very bad experience. I paid to have my tub delivered & set up. Then I set up through the store to take my old one out which is in terrible condition. So the tub has been delivered but just sitting in the yard. Very unhappy

Victor was great! Very knowledgeable about all items on store. He was not pushy and explained everything with details. Store had a great variety of massage chairs and good amount of jacuzzi models. Very impressed with the product.
