I guess my Mattress Firm story started about 16 years ago. My Salesman was Juan Romero & I couldn't have asked for anyone more knowledgeable, courteous & so easy to relate to. I purchased a mattress & electric base, mattress cover & actually got 2 free $90 pillows with the purchase! I still sleep on that pillow today! Now buying a mattress isn't that simple for me! I live with severe chronic pain & my whole life is defined by it!
Years later I needed a new mattress & my Mom needed a Mattress & electric base. Of course I reached out to Juan Romero at Mattress Firm & he had been promoted to management which didn't surprise me one little bit & it was well deserved! Of course
Juan took care of both of us & we were completely satisfied yet again! I have recommended Juan Romero &
Mattress Firm to all my family & friends! Due to such a huge increase in mv chronic pain issues it was time for me to buy another mattress so of course I reached out to Juan @ Mattress Firm yet again because I have no doubt that he knows exactly what I need.
Due to my finances I have a really tight budget & have to find an affordable mattress that meets all my needs. So I made yet another purchase of a mattress to meet my needs but it didn’t. It was completely my fault so I used their 120 warranty & have another mattress being delivered really soon & they will take back the other one at the same time. I’m so completely satisfied & wouldn’t buy a mattress from any other store or salesman other than Juan Romero @ Mattress Firm!
