Amazing chocolate chip cookies here! Really flavourful, loaded with high quality chocolate chips, and sprinkled with sea salt. I know it’s a hat store but the cookies are a must try.

Service was low quality. Was there for awhile and had to wave a hat shaper down to get recs.

Great staff, products, and experience! Everyone was quick to make sure I was taken care of. I’ll be back again for my next quality cowboy hat.

Good selection and knowledgeable staff depending on who helps you. My main complain is that it’s over price you can get a lot of the same hats in other stores for way less but I guess that’s what happens when you shop in congress

This is a GREAT cowboy hat experience. They provided every aspect of shaping. The creative elements of their team was awesome, as the designed various bands. You can never go wrong on Stetson product as well.

Talk about one of THE best experiences we have had and also one of the highlights of our vacation in Texas. Our time at Maufrais with Bryce and Marisa making us Custom Hats was amazing. We had such a fun time to pick out hats, designs, colors, accessories, size, and more. They made the whole process great and put a great show on in front of us, making them. We are in love with our hats, we cannot wait to come back next vacation to get them branded and buy more accessories overall.

This is THE shop to get a reasonably priced custom fit hat. It's truly an experience receiving a custom hat. Go in and browse the first time to check out the process. As always on Congress St, if you'd like personal attention, recommend coming on a weekday to avoid the weekend tourists.

Smooth and great experience. Jordan is cool, kind, and very knowledgeable on the styles. This place is definitely worth a try, and the price is worth it! Take pride in being a Texan!
