I had a fantastic experience at Dr. Maupin's office and my infection has been treated and resolved. He had answers to all my questions and I always felt comfortable in his office. I knew my infection was being treated by one of the best. I feel so grateful to have Dr. Maupin here in Lubbock.

Dr. Steffensen treated me because I had an abscessed crown tooth. I had to have three appointment because the infection was so bad. Dr. Steffensen and his assistant is fantastic-they were so caring, gentle, and told me everything they were doing when they were treating my tooth at each appointment. The staff were all smiles and friendly which makes it a great environment when you are hurting so bad. Thank you all for getting me back to my cheerful self with no pain! I cannot speak to Dr. Maupin, but Dr. Steffensen was fantastic. I had not been to a dentist in over a decade and had to have two root canals done. I was nervous, self-conscious and embarrassed about my teeth. Dr. Steffensen quickly eased my comforts and made me feel a lot better. Moreover, he was extremely informative prior to, during, and after the treatment. If you're scared of feeling pain, don't be. I did not feel a thing the entire time. I don't plan on making a habit of having to come here due to being more diligent about going to the dentist, but if you need root canal therapy I would highly recommend this place.

I came in with a lot of pain, and a referral from my dentist for a root canal consultation. They got me right in and determined I needed a root canal. Because of a cancellation they asked me if they could do it that day. I was so happy I was crying. This is my second root canal, and I cannot explain how much better this experience was compared to the first one at a different place. The staff was so kind and efficient and thorough. It was a relatively fast experience compared to my first one, and just so much more pleasant. Also, beautiful building and clean facility. Wish I could give this place 10 stars!

I was extremely pleased with the professional skills and service provided by Dr. Steffensen. His chair side manor is so good, and he explains everything he is doing each step of the way. His staff are all wonderful as well, and the chair side dynamics between him and his assistant were comfortable, professional and pleasant. No one likes to get a root canal, and I hope I don't need another one, but if I do this is the guy I'm going to!

I have had the pleasure of having both Dr. Maupin and Dr. Steffensen both work on my teeth. I would and do highly recommend them if any of my family or friends require endodontic work. His office staff, especially April, are fantastic and professional.

Dr. Steffensen was amazing you can tell he actually cares about his patients. I had a root canal performed by him and was in no pain what so ever. He was constantly talking to me keeping me updated on what was going on and what to expect, as well as making sure I was completely pain free and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful as well. Worth every penny, 100% satisfied customer!

Dr. Steffenson is knowledgeable, personable and very good at his job. I was extremely comfortable during the procedure. Dr Stephenson talked me through the whole process and there was little to no pain. I appreciate his care and attention to detail. You won’t regret it if you choose Maupin.

Absolutely LOVE the friendliness of Dr. Maupin and his staff.
I had my root canal done just a few days ago, and I didn't feel any pain at all, during the procedure. He was very clear about the whole procedure and made sure I wasn't feeling any pain. Procedure took about an hour and a half. I have absolutely no complaints. Would def recommend 10/10.

Just be careful when giving them your bank account information, they will take money out of your account without notification. This is after the insurance has paid, they do not let you know what the difference is by a phone call, email or mail, they just take the money! Even if it is months later.
The right thing to do is to let your patients know what their balance is so they will at least be aware of any transactions that might take place!
