Dr. Hart was amazing! She listened to all medical issues and concerns I had and acted on them immediately! She has treated me to feel better than I ever have in along time.

Dr. Hart is fabulous but Thomas Spann Trinity clinic is nothing but assembly line care. I don’t plan to go back. Watch for her to leave the practice and look her somewhere else.

Highly recommend Dr Hart, fast service wasn't sitting in the wait room for hours as well as she was just AWESOME she listened to my concerns. She was patient, well mannered, very professional she showed that she cares about my health. I had 2 other Dr's at this same facility who would have me sitting in the waiting room for almost an hour then have me sitting in a room for another 30-45 mins and there services wasn't so great so my wife decided to switch me to Dr Hart and I praised her to my wife and told her how glad that I was that she found me a good Dr like Dr Hart.

She was interested in my concerns, efficient, clear instructions. I felt like she could be trusted with my health concerns

Dr. Hart was a Godsend for me as I became very ill shortly after my doctor retired and I had not found a replacement. She got me back on track and really listened to my heart. Her spirit is gentle and you can tell she really cares about her patients.

Everything about my visit was phenomenal:
1. Ease of communication to book my appointment, answering the phone, filling paperwork online.
2. I did not wait in line for more than 30 seconds (They have multiple receptionists).
3. I only waited like 5 minutes for the nurse to get me.
4. The entire staff was friendly, smiley, and extremely helpful.
5. Dr. Maurene came in within 5 minutes or so, was extremely helpful, smiley, a very good listener, explained everything to me, we talked about plans for each health issue, and medications. In fact, she placed the scripts instantly while we're talking. We planned the next visit including the bloodwork and all. When she left, the nurse brought me a packet of papers: she said Dr. Maurene printed you all these things concerning all your health issues (without me asking). That was an amazing move.
6. The entire visit from A to Z was one hour.
7. I went back and suggested her to everyone I know to switch to, since they have been looking for a better PCP.
8. I wish all PCP's are like Dr. Maurene Hart. I would highly recommend her to everyone.

Today was my first visit with Dr. Hart. I was very impressed Her manner was impeccable She put me at ease and listened to everything I had to say and was thorough. I have high hopes. The other staff were friendly and made me feel at ease as well.
