I had a terrific experience with Eddie Longoria at maverick Chevrolet, he was very friendly and helpful. Helped me get a great car.

After seeing all the great reviews for this dealership, I called and spoke with a salesperson about a truck. I was told the truck was being used as a service loaner, and that I would be called back. I left my number and waited. Today, I see that the listing has been removed and the vehicle was likely sold. I wish I was called back to try and see the vehicle. Hopefully, the next customer has a better experience.

Utterly "UNPROFESSIONAL" and over the top "DISRESPECTFUL" I would not recommend no one. Take heed and take your money and your business to a company that is well deserving.

I was very impressed by the knowledge that my sales person Landon had in speaking about the vehicle and the condition. He went over the accessories as well. When I got back to the lot, Becky was there to make signing documents a breeze. I will be shopping here again.

I WAS OVER THE MOON HAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICE. I HAD MY TRUCK TOWED TO YOU ON SATURDAY AND I CAME BY MONDAY MORNING THINKING IT WOULD BE SITTING OUT. INSTEAD IT WAS ALREADY ON THE RACK AND THE NEW TRANSMISSION ORDERED AND EXTIMATED TO BE READY BY THURSDAY. YOUR SER MGR CALLED ENTERPRISE AND HAD ME A VEHICLE RENTED SINCE THIS WAS ALL WARRANTY.

After my accident my truck was taken to Maverick Chevrolet to reprogram for a new air bag system. My auto stop on the engine stopped working after that. We took it back in and they checked the computer and program and said all the parameters were good and they would have to do a deep check on the vehicle battery. We scheduled that for today since it would take an hour to complete. I came in at the reserved time and they took it right back. An hour later I went in to check on it and the service desk guy went checkedt the progress. They hadn't even looked at it because the service man got sidetracked. They can't even do the job assigned to them so I asked for my truck back and left. The feeling they give you is your time doesn't matter and could care less if you are happy or not.

My local Chevy dealer is Gound Chevrolet in Nacogdoches Texas. I asked them why their price for a Chevy Spark was $1,500 more than the price at Maverick Chevrolet. They told me that they add $1,500 to the price of that car and if I didn't want to pay that, I should go to the dealership that wasn't adding $1,500 to the price.

So I did and had a great experience with friendly people.

I'm planning on trading in for an electric vehicle in three years after the GE warranty expires. Maverick will be the first place I look when that comes around.

By far the easiest car purchase I have ever made! Eddie at Marshall Maverick Chevrolet did all the leg work so when we came in everything was already complete and ready to sign just as we had discussed. My daughters first car purchase has spoiled her now with how easy it was. We are now lifelong customers after our great experience! The whole team is amazing and super helpful!

After going to pretty much every dealership in a 70 mile radius, I purchased a new Chevy truck here from Eddie! I got exactly what I wanted and didn't pay mark up price like literally every dealership is doing. Eddie was amazing! He is very polite, honest and wasn't super pushy like a lot of car sales men. They gave me a fair amount for my trade in. I will definitely be coming back next time I need to purchase a car!

I came in for an oil change. I was not greeted whatsoever upon arrival. I had to ask who I needed to speak with because everyone stared at me with blank faces as if I wasn’t supposed to be there. Once the oil change was finished I found out that someone had rounded off the plug. Something they blamed on the dealership who does my regular maintenance. I have not had that issue since I purchased my car in 2020. So of course they charged me for a new plug. Something they messed up. I knew I shouldn’t have gone here but I was desperate seeing as I now work in Marshall. I guess I should have known y’all were trouble when you cut off my work trucks Catalytic converter. Silly me for thinking y’all could handle a simple oil change on a sedan.

Gary and everyone we encountered at the dealership from start to finish was exceptional. Buying a car can be a difficult experience, and Gary and the team made our purchase so pleasurable! Certainly not what we have encountered at other dealerships in the past - Maverick stands out as exceptional - head and shoulders over their competitors!
