Max Money Pawn, Lewisville TX

Worst customer service ever! Have used this place multiple times for multiple things. Sometimes there were no issues but 3 different times I made a deal with the manager at the store of when I would come back with the money for the item and 3 different times they sold it anyway! Liars! This time they sold a family heirloom that was from someone I lost 6 months ago. Have never been so devastated. And they are doing zero about it to make it right. Done! Plenty of other shops for your business.

Theses guys are very professional and have good rates. I have done a lot of with them over the last 2 years. I will not go any were but Max Money Pawn for my pawn shop needs.

I very rarely have to pawn anything for a loan so naturally i was very nervous, just thinking about having to do it even made me nervous. But when I walked in they made me feel very comfortable.they were nice and they went above and beyond to help me get the money that I needed in my financial time.especially the day before Thanksgiving.thanks guys.

Jimmy and James are aaaaaaammmmaaaazing, I never had such a pleasant experience at a pawn shop. They took such good care of us, and they kept us laughing through the process. If you are in the area or not they are worth the trip!

Mario at Max Money Pawn was very compassionate when I had to pawn jewelry. They gave me the most they could for my piece and then were helpful and patient when I was paying them back. I was able to get my jewelry back sooner than expected because of them working with me! Thank you!
