Love both Renee and Dr. Maximos. Always super polite and gave me a peace of mind during pregnancy. Always answers my questions as specifically as I ask. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Dr. Maximos has been taking care of me since 2019. Hes an amazing Doctor and a good man. He delivered my son in via C-section and continues to give me great care. I'm always grateful to him and Ms. Tammy for all they do for me and my family.

HORRIBLE. My wife was seen here and let them know she had HELLP with our oldest and they took it lightly and didn't even want to see records and didn't want too treat this pregnancy as high risk which it is because HELLP syndrome can't be played around about and is very serious. I recommend looking elsewhere. UTMB is AWESOME. Takes your concerns into consideration.

Got to have the vbac I wanted! The office visits were easy and staff was kind. Would recommend his care to any friends or family. He will also respect your choices of delayed cord clamping and he wont yank your placenta out - he gave a small tug but just to check if detached. Altogether, I really enjoyed my experience with the Dr and Clear Lake Regional. The hospital had some of the most amazing nurses in labor and delivery, nursery, and postpartum. I did have a nursey nurse one night who we didn't care for but after telling her we want a new nursey nurse, everything was great! The food at the hospital is sub-par expect when I ordered the club sandwich for lunch and them pot roast for dinner! Amazing experience

UPDATE; deleting two stars because I’ve had three appointments now that I had to just walk out of bc they were SO LATE. I’m waiting over 30 minutes in their waiting room which is effing ridiculous. They need to figure out the scheduling so that their patients can actually get in on time or within 10 minutes of their appointment. I will never ever go back or even recommend using him anymore.

Tammy is the best! When I found out that I was pregnant, I was calling around to see who is excepting new patients and if they took my insurance, which is always a hassle, but speaking to Tammy on the phone after a long day of calling other OB/GYN‘s in the area was a godsend I honestly cried because she was so nice to me compared to the other offices. Yesterday was my first visit and the staff is polite and very kind everybody congratulated me on my pregnancy. I felt very welcomed, and the sign-up process was easy and the staff in the back was very professional and informative

Dr. Maximo is the best Ob/Gyn doctor that one can ask for. He handled our pregnancy in a very calm, joyful and professional manner.
Dr. Maximo is definitely recommended for handling anyone’s pregnancy. You would have a very relaxed, calm and fun pregnancy.

The office staff is wonderful and compassionate. They are eager to get you an appointment booked as soon as possible. Dr. Maximos answers question la with sincere answers and seems to be present and willing to find the best solution if you are facing a big decision. Best OBGYN I have ever been to.

I am always very nervous about being seen at doctor offices. The entire staff at Maximos OB/GYN was very nice and welcoming. The nurse practitioner calmed my nerves and was very attentive to my needs. Highly recommend!

Very wonderful doctor & staff. I’ve been coming here for years. He has delivered 2/3 of my babies but received my prenatal care with him for all 3 pregnancies. Renee is amazing and actually takes her time and listens and isn’t rushed.

Terrible experience. The doctor is friendly but the office is disorganized, unresponsive and rude. My first visit, they called me a few hours before my appointment and told me the doctor wasn't available at my appointment time and that if I wanted an ultrasound I had to drop what I was doing and come in immediately. I had to bring my 2 year old which was a whole disaster and my husband barely made it in time to see the tail end of the ultrasound. Then the doctor printed out a blank image as our keepsake. When I went to checkout the lady at the front was visibly irritated by every request, had no idea what I was talking about when I asked for the vitamin samples the doctor offered. I called a few days later to ask for some nausea medication. I couldn't hear the lady on the phone so I asked her to repeat herself and she was obviously irritated and stated that they don't usually take medication requests over the phone but she would ask the doctor and call me back. I never recieved a call. A little later I was having some serious cramping and called, once after hours and was sent to their text service. I expected an answering service for emergencies but they only have a text service. I then called multiple times, during business hours to try to talk to someone but the line wouldn't connect. It would just go immediately to their after hours "text service" to which they do not respond immediately.

At this point I was seeking another OBGYN but could NOT get this office to send my records anywhere. They simply don't answer the phone, claim they don't recieve the request faxed or emailed, or they just say they'll send them and never do.

I was finally able to establish a healthy relationship with another OBGYN who said they have gotten a lot of patients from this office with similar stories.

Dr. Maximos is a nice guy and I'm sure he's knowledgeable but he needs to make himself more accessible to his patients either directly or through his office staff.

I absolutely love Dr. Maximos and his team. I’ve had a baby that came unexpectedly early and had to be emergency C-Section. Dr. Maximos took such amazing care of us! Following I had terrible post-partum, he got me the treatment I needed immediately, was amazingly supportive and knowledgeable about how to fix the issues promptly and efficiently. Now, having had a prolapsed bladder Dr. Maximos has done yet another procedure for me and again with the most amazing care, proficiency and impeccable bedside manner. I can not recommend a better doctor! My home is an hour and a half away and I would never change doctors!

I can't even begin to explain how horrible my experience was with this place! I went in for a leep procedure, I had already paid waited almost 30 minutes before the staff informed me that Dr MAXIMOS wasn't going to make it into the offic "today" oh and they couldn't refund Me my money. It would be credited, ok.then when I went back I waited almost 2 hours before he saw me, and during my procedure he was so rough and absolutely mean as hell. I felt so dam violated and he kept saying no, you need to get admitted to the hospital for a different procedure I can't do this, I told him I can't afford that procedure that's why I'm getting the leep done. He huffed and puffed the whole time and hurt me so bad. I mean so bad I was crying the whole time and he just kept bieng mean and rough. It was the worst feeling ever and so painful! I really think this doctor needs to have his license removed. I hope no one ever has to go through this!
