Mr. Delgado and his crew operate with honesty and integrity. When they came into our home they understood our concerns and validated them. A very thorough inspection was performed with special equipment to inspect for moisture and abnormal thermal readings around the inside of our home. A water leak was found due to a leaky valve and they also pointed out that our AC vents were improperly sealed and that we had an attic insulation problem that needed attention due to finding abnormal heat signatures in the dining room ceiling. He and his crew when above and beyond and provided us with peace of mind. This day and age it's hard to find good honest people, and we definitely found them.
