How is it they only unload by appt time but when you show up on time they don't come break the seal until and hour after your appt time. Might as well be fcfs. Not gonna deal with this agent or customer anymore.
Worstest people and place. Very rude people. 9'0 clock appointment. They go by appointment only. Still here. I think I am going to miss my next pick up appointment. Only one working dock at 3300 century circle address.
Appointment at 14: 00. Given dock at 13: 15. Loaded at 15: 45.9 pallets loaded. Tight maneuvering when a bunch of trucks come in at once.
They have been nice and courteous but are unfortunately behind schedule today. I really can't be upset because the guy before me smashed his bumper on the cement barrier as he was backing in. Doors 20 and 19 are blindside only if you have a sleeper. I waited for the other guy to leave, man on the forklift said they only unload 1 at a time anyways.
