McAlister's Deli reviews
22Absolutely filthy! Sticky dirty floors throughout the restaurant. AC vents were leaking water, worn out seating and chairs. Will not be back
The food was great but one of the managers was absolutely disgusting. She didn't wash her hands and than lied to my wife about it!
Won't be eating here again. Call in orders are handled remotely. Waited nearly an hour for a "ready in 15 min. " order. Food was cold and incomplete.
Have to shout-out to Debra, the manager, and her crew. They went above and beyond to make our experience right. Our order had to be adjusted, and Debra was courteous and respectful.she knows how to make lifelong customers! Let them make your Sandwich Dreams come true! We had the Smoked Turkey, New Yorker and Reuben, and she even made fresh tea for us! Thank you McAlister's for taking care of your customers! ️️
I just don’t like how stale the bread is or how bland the potatoe salad tastes. Over all the Doritos were the best thing I’ve had from there.
Was my first time visiting. Wasn't as great as I'd heard, but wasn't bad. Food was decent. Daughter really enjoyed the chicken noodle soup.
If you are a vendor or contractor- STAY AWAY! (Unless you like Not getting paid for the services you provide). Been over 90 days and still no check. The city should shut them down.
Food was amazing when they first opened worth the price best place around here for French dip but now it is trash the workers seem like they don't care the food is terrible now not worth the money at all there parking lot that use to be allways full now sits empty
Ordered ham and cheese melt with cheddar cheese instead of Swiss. Was charged 50 cents more. Why? This was a cheese swap. Not more cheese.
Update - Manager was made aware of the issue and resolved it. I was compensated for the extra charge. Kudos to the manager.
Dine-in with plenty of seating, even during lunch rush, or take-out available. We preorder online from work and it's ready to go when we get there. I love their salads, sandwiches, fresh fruit and lemonade. Their BLT is my favorite!
Cashier was close to being rude. Never smiled, never asked what I wanted, just stood there. Never said Thank you. Made me feel like my presence was ruining her day.
Our order seemed to have gotten lost, but whenever we asked the girl that seemed to be in charge, she got our order immediately and refunded our money because it had been about 30 minutes
She was absolutely FANTASTIC and you are very lucky to have her on your staff
We will come back whenever traveling this way again
Thank you
Ive ordered via app and been inside to order. Foods fresh, tastes good, and cant cpmplain about the tea.
Great parking available and access to get around the building, service by the staff, the place was clean inside and out. Food is exceptional with great healthy choices. This place is the best thing in Brownwood, Tx for travelers who come here and find they have no cell phone service, unless you have AT&T.
Well I remembered going to San Angelo and they had raspberry tea my favorite. My mom ordered a ceaser salad that was huge. Looked like for 2 instead of 1. My chicken salad sandwich was so tiny. And nobody seemed happy to be on the job except one young guy. Very personable. In Brownwood they do not offer raspberry tea and I'm not sure what they shot into my tea to flavor it. Not impressed.
Good food as always. The staffs were friendly and professional. I had the salad and it was the best salad I ever had at a McAlister.
Why am I l always so thirsty when I drive through Brownwood? A great big sweet tea with a free refill is always great with a lunch special or a baked potato. This is my place for it!
The Italian sandwich is delish. Grilled chicken salad is definitely meal size, and also delish. Friendly staff, quick service and yes, the tea is good.
Baked potato cold and old. Prices way way to high. Customer service was very slow and horrible. Food wasn't worth the price
