McAlister's Deli, Lubbock TX

I ordered the chicken noodle soup and a potato in Sunday. The soup tasted a little off so thought it was made different. By Monday I was having sever stomach cramps and vomiting. I have been this way now for the past three days. Don’t know if I will go back or not. This is the worst.

Our order set at window, was cold when we got it. The staff was not very responsive or on the ball.

I don't know which location this came from unfortunately, sorry if it wasn't this one but ‍️ yes I looked at receipt. So my moms ordered through an app which means I wasn't surprised when I got a complete wrong sandwich. That was fine. But she & my daughter both ordered macaroni. They put them together in 1 of the cups it came in and it was barely half. Are you trying to give out bites or? I get really upset about macaroni and this is unacceptable!

My co worker and I placed an order online & both our orders were incorrect. The manager was very professional and kind. He delivered our order promptly after I had called and explained what had happened.

Ordered the roasted Turkey and cheese with horse radish sauce instead of honey mustard.it was fantastic and prompt.would definitely eat again

Manager needs to get with the program. 15 people standing inside, then they come and say "no dine in". Really? How about tell people BEFORE they come in?

No Masks or Gloves at the Drive-Thru. Our mayor is asking us to support our local restaurants in Lubbock, but should we really be expected to spend money at McAlister's when the staff is not wearing either mask or gloves in a pandemic. I love McAlister's food and especially their GF bread options, but I won't return until I feel safe.

They can't seem to ever get an online order correct. 50% of the time something either missing or wrong. Previous experience had us waiting through drive thru for 20 minutes after our order was ready. Get it together!

This place has gone down Hill greatly. The food was good on this particular day, but I wasn't able to order what I wanted because they were out of potatoes. No one refilled our drinks or checked on us the whole time.

There was one girl at the counter, several standing around in the back. We order our food. My boyfriend ordered Ham and cheese melt and chips and for me I ordered a big bowl of chicken and dumplings, two drinks.
What we were served was a plate, with a cheese sandwich, a bowl of chicken and dumplings sitting in the middle two packets of crackers on the side and chip bag! As if it was one order. But even the correct sandwich! When we looked at the ticket that's exactly what the ticket said, even though we ordered something different. The soup was just above cool not even warm. I mentioned it, all we got was I'm sorry from the server. Very dissatisfied with the customer service here.

I went there for lunch. It was busy and I only had one hour to eat and get back to work. I ordered my food to go in case I needed to finish eating at work. I placed my order at 12: 12 p.m. I waited and saw many people that ordered after me get their food. I checked on my order at 12: 45, ten minutes before I had to be back at work, STILL NO FOOD! Checked again and they took my receipt and my food magically appears about five minutes later. When I asked why my order was not filled earlier, I was told they just got really busy. I'm sorry, but isn't that to be expected at lunch time? ! Very poor way to run a business. I will go to another location next time.

Great Place to get a sandwich. First time I've eaten there and I am convinced this place has all the sandwich shops BEAT! Friendly staff and great service! I will definitely be back the next time I'm in Lubbock!

They were extremely knowledgeable when it came to items being gluten -free as a sensitive celiac it was greatly appreciated. My worst enemy is usually cross contamination which I am proud to say I didn't have a reaction during my visit and this made it extremely satisfying.

I'm not much of a sandwich guy but the sandwiches here are absolutely delicious. A lil pricey but definitely worth it!

This my least favorite location in town. The potatoes are always either to cold to melt the butter or hard from being left out to dry out. I have had a few that where under cooked. I would recommend getting the soups and sandwiches from this location.

This trip I had the Angus roast beef spud. It came both cold and hard. The toppings where great but the potatoe was just bad. I also had the chicken tortilla soup. The soup was very good. My friend got the potatoe soup and highly enjoyed it.

It was the first time that I tried the club sandwich and was not disappointed. Service was excellent and was not too crowded at lunch. I will come back when I'm in Lubbock

I enjoyed the food but my order was incorrect. Before I left with my order, I asked if a specific item was included and the cashier who took my order assured me it was. However IT WAS NOT INCLUDED!
