McAlister's Deli, Katy TX

This place is great, there are so many wonderful options to choose from. If you are a sandwich guy, ditch all the sub places and eat here. You will not be disappointed

Such a waste of time and money. The chili was great but that sandwich appearance was horrible it looked dry and left over! I was such a lover of McAlister's but this has changed my thoughts! And then to add salt to the horrible meal I did the survey and I asked that someone contact me about my experience! And I'm still waiting for the call!

It's just a sandwich shop. Soup was average but small portioned. French Dip had a strange smell and did not pop. The aus jus had zero flavor. The 6 inch sandwich was only 4 inches, again small portion size. Way overpriced for the quantity and quality.

This would be a good place if they could make a sandwich. All the stuff doesn't get piled in the middle. Spread it out, use all the bread.one small pile of ham with another small pile of turkey, side by side still only filled the middle of the bread even the sauce was a dot in the center. Small sandwich, big price. Tried a few tables, all sticky but visually clean. There's better quality for a Deli sandwich out there.

Terrible experience. The walls and floor were dirty. My side salad was wilted, my sandwich was flattened, crumbling, underfilled, and flavorless. Even the coke was nearly flat. My companions felt their food was mediocre. There are far better choices for sandwiches.

They claim they change the club it was a cold turkey sandwich with bacon, it wasn't even stacked.my daughter's pizza was still doughy, the fruit was hard and not worth the extra charge, also hardly in bowl. Tables are all dirty and we had to clean one.

Overpriced food that was mediocre at best. It was also not very clean. The service was fine just thought the food could’ve been better especially after paying 28 dollars for two people for a sandwich and salad. I could go to Pot belly, Jersey mikes, or firehouse and get a much better sandwich for less.

I love this place. I don’t get to come often because of the distance. You really should open a location on the east side. The food here is fantastic! The sandwiches are divine and the potatoes are perfect!

The menu is pricey considering their small food portions. The sandwiches are small and are pretty dry but the soups are delicious. The line gets long during lunch time and moves slow. Free refills on the drinks, the strawberry lemonade was awesome.

Completely unprofessional. A worked named Christina, needs to get fired. I called for an error delivery and this person was so very rude. I asked for a manager and told there was none. A JOKE. STOP HIRING KIDS WHO DONT WANT TO WORK.

We had really liked going here in the past. The recent experience was not as good. We walked in about 5: 30pm. There were no other patrons at that time in the restaurant but they were working on pick ups and deliveries. Three employees standing around the front but we noticed 4-5 tables that had dirty plates and such on them.no one could clean them? They brought food to our table and I asked for ketchup.they were OUT?

Oh dear! I really would not like to give mcallister a bad name Or publicly say anything bad about mcallister, because the staff there is just wonderful. I have to say that they went above and beyond, "But" I hate to say that word. I ordered a chef salad, Chicken tortilla soup, Two Different type of sandwich maybe a club And a Memphian or something like. This was my 1st time ordering food there,! So. I let the cashier know this was for the family. Neither one was what I thought.it was, in my mind. The salad came with no eggs, they got the tomatoes cut up as if you were preparing tacos (very tiny pieces) I love tomatoes.ok.the soup was good, but (There's that word again). It was their smallest size available, It wasn't enough for. "the family". I really tried to enjoy my sandwich, but Again The sandwiches were two 6" subs, when I clearly asked for enough food for.the family (meaning I didn't realize they were gonna be small size) the tomatoes (from me) are sliced to thin, as I said The tomatoes are gutted out, there's no Mayonnaise, no mustard The sandwich was really dry, the meat was really tasty just not my type of sandwich. To top it all off, I ordered 2 desserts a cookie and a brookie Pickles for the sandwich none of that was in the bag once I got home. When I went back to get the rest of the stuff, that wasn't in the bag. The manager did Give me a one 6" sub, for my troubles. I appreciate that. That made it a bit better. The prices are a bit on the expensive side, I'm not complaining about the prices. I'm just stating, Not saying that I won't ever go back there again to eat, it may take me a while.

Danny and the staff were friendly and quick getting our order out, SUPERB service! We ordered the Spicy Southwest Chicken, side of broccoli & cheese soup, and a side of potato salad.it was delicious! Always fresh!

They had a wonderful selection of salads and Sandwiches. Elias was very helpful and cheerful as he took my order and helped me navigate through the menu. I had the New Yorker and Steak potato it was great trying something new for a change. Good size to go cups on a hot day like today.
