Customer Service isn't dead! Danny, the manager swiftly and during the lunch rush leapt into action when our door dasher left behind a medium sized office order. The dasher was rude and refused to return to the restaurant to pick up what he left behind. Danny was incredible! He not only delivered the meals personally, but ensured all was fresh and recooked. What an incredible way to treat your customers. Props to Danny!

Great sandwiches! And that peach tea! BUT, when it's cold outside and 1 entry door doesn't want to close, lock it and put a sign to use the OTHER door!

I just waited 20 minutes for my order at the Dezavala McAlister's in San Antonio. When I finally asked about it the girl said she was busy and understaffed. She went in and rushed my order out in 2 minutes. The order was incorrect when I got home. Very interesting two people come there all the time from smashing crab so you guys are empty and the girls said yeah it's been slow. That's

Constantly raising prices. Which comes as a surprise if you eat here every week. All a sudden your order costs more. Sides used to come with a sandwich. Now you pay $1 more if you want mac n chz. Unfortunately the quality has not increased with the prices. So back to making my own lunch at home.

Not what I expected. Poor quality. I was offered a side and not told it was not included. So I was charged. The macaroni was dry and old. It had been sitting in the warmer too long. I came specifically for the orange cranberry sandwich. No longer on the menus. No suggestion for substitution was offered. Service was poor.

The food and the service was good, what took away from the experience was a disgruntled employee hanging around and harassing the staff about an issue with which they had no control.

We went for dinner. The food was good. The only reason for the 4 stars is because the mustard they used was very sweet and we did not like it at all. I thought it would be regular mustard and would have left it off if we had known. We don’t eat here very often. The spud also used to be one big potato and now they provided 2 potatoes but they were delicious. I took the chicken off of mine as I didn’t care for it but even without it they potato was delicious. I would def go back for the potato’s but for the 2 sandwiches the potato and 2 drinks was over $40 so a bit pricey for my taste. Still good though just leave the mustard off if you don’t Like your Sandwich sweet. The bread was also soggy on my husbands sandwich since he didn’t get his toasted so make sure to get it toasted. I got the Turkey BLT and my husband got the giant sandwich I forget what it was called King something.

Great food ruined by very unpleasant worker. I get people don't want to work, but my gosh, don't take your bitterness out on the costumers. Don't think my co-workers or I will be coming back anytime soon.

I had just gotten into town, they were closing but, Google said they were open. The Manager met me at the door, was sorry for the confusion, I didn't want to keep them but, she insisted & turned the oven back on to make us some sandwiches. Didn't expect this at all. Thanks for going above & beyond, it was really cool of you.

Didn't have spuds today which was disappointing. But what I ended up with was fresh and filling.

Dined in for a late lunch and the place was clean and quiet and the service was spectacular. Food was delicious and yes I got a salad. My husband and son ordered a sandwich. Normally we take it to go but decided to just relax and enjoy a meal.

Not sure what's happening at this restaurant but I arrived and the drive thru lane was wrapped around the building. I waited for 10 minutes and it didn't move so I parked and went inside. The line to place an order was to the door and a second line was for people who were picking up orders already placed and paid for. My order was placed at 12: 15 and the confirmation said 20 minutes so it should have been ready at 12: 35 but I had to stand there and wait until 1: 15 when the order was finally ready. A heads up would have been nice because I would've gone somewhere else for lunch. I couldn't leave because my card had already been charged and good luck trying to flag one of the stressed out employees to get a refund. I genuinely felt bad for them because they looked like they were in over their heads. I usually wait to cool off before leaving a bad review but when I got back to my office with the food some of my order was missing and it pushed me over the edge. I would not recommend dining at this location and I will not be returning.

Popped in for free tea and WOW! The girl at DT was so kind and courteous, tea was fabulous as always. Now my friends see why I love McAlister so much!

Went fpr the free iced tea but they were so amazingly friendly we ordered sandwiches and we loved every bite!
