McAlister's Deli reviews
19Best option for some healthy eating in the area. Salad and sandwiches were fine. Service was incredibly slow and terrible. Staff did not seem to care about anything but chatting with each other. Almost a line out the door at a not very busy time of time because of it.
I had the jalapeño turkey crunch sandwich and tortilla soup (creamy). The other is a ham sandwich with a chef salad. Both were delicious.
Super slow service at the counter, 20 minute wait or longer, no napkins on table, messy tables, they just clear tables, not actually clean then
Tried to mobile order but they still had the item I wanted turned off from previous day so had to go in to order.
Only customer in there. Took 20 minutes to get half a sandwich and soup. Customers came in after me and left before me. Didn't recieve all my items when given the bag. Definitely disappointed
We arrived right around 10: 35. They open at 10: 30. There was a group of 4 people ahead of us. The group of 4 had issues with their order and the staff took a while to get it sorted. 25min later we still did not have our food and I had a feeling the plates I saw in the window were ours. 25min and we did not have our salad, potato, and sandwich yet. She comes out with it and I immediately touch the potato and it's cold. I stick my finger directly into the middle of the soup and it's cold. I was going to send it back to get warmed up but my husband's sandwich was also cold. Obviously frustrated at this point, we decided to just give it back and get a refund. To top it all off, the amount my receipt shows for the refund is LESS than the amount my card was charged for the for. I did not want to go back and deal with them anymore so we just left it at that. Not one, "sorry about that" or apology at all. Worst experience at a McCallisters we have ever had.
This place is among my favorites, the food is always delicious the service is pretty good, most of the time. I will admit a couple of times I had a staff member tell me they checked my to go order and it is correct just to find out when I got home the order was missing something. I have recently discovered that the employee I mentioned no longer works there. Most of my visits had been without errors. If you like lemonade, then definitely try their's, it is delicious. The green caramel apple flavored lemonade is really good.
Very cute loved the atmosphere it was a bit of a wait but mostly not bad it didn't look like they had a lot of back end staff I just seen the one lady but I've definitely waited longer at least tastier places. Food was good and filling I loved they had kid options that they like. I'm glad to know where one is that isn't too far so when I want a good soup and salad I will be happy to do my choose two.
I went for lunch with my coworkers and it was a nice experience. The line was a little long but we got our order in within a few minutes and our food came out a bit later. The food was delicious and now I know why people like the broccoli and cheddar soup.
This place is clean, and the sandwich quality is good (not great). The service is extraordinarily slow. I pre-ordered my sandwich and macaroni and cheese. The person in front of me literally took 15 to decide what they wanted. The other employee never took the cue to maybe help. The additional disappointment was the poor excuse for the Mac and cheese. Soupy with a burnt aftertaste. Very bad. And I specifically ordered a pickle. No pickle in my to-go container. The sandwich was only decent as the bread was a little stale.
McAlister’s please tell me if you really think these Mac n cheese cups are acceptable to serve for take out or dine in? My children barely touched it. Everything else was great but were disgusted to eat these and pay for them.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. I drove 7 miles on my lunch for a sandwich just to bite into it w/cheese lettuce & tomato. No ham & I called to let the manager know she really thought it was funny like literally laughed & told me she was sorry.this is the 2nd time I go there & the ladies are rude. They look like they are bored always on there phones & the back staff as well on the phone while making your food so unprofessional Nvr again. If u can’t handle the job quit let someone else have a chance to work there. Good luck with the manager also very unprofessional it’s like a kids place to hang out & be on there phones. Sad!
We work in a corporate office and it can be so incredibly busy that we often order lunch in haste. We can always trust that Matt, the manager, will be able to fulfill our order quickly and accurately every single time. He knows us by name and quickly delivers the special request Pecan Berry Salad with extra fruit and chicken on the side. Yesterday, the salads arrived within 10 minutes of ordering them and my Executive team was VERY pleased.
Thanks so much, Matt and the team at SE military McAlister. You make these crazy days that much easier!
Satisfied with the service and the food. Salads are great, the 2-2 deal is awesome. Tea is the greatest to enjoy. A bit pricey but worth it.
It's my favorite sandwich restaurant.
So I love the opportunity to eat from there as often as possible.
And the carrots cake is the best.
Stopped in today and was impressed with this location all the way around. We were greeted by the staff, who were very friendly, helpful and patient. The food portions are huge and so tasty. The plates are so well presented. The dining room was very clean and kept in order. There is a laid back vibe.very casual and comfortable. We will definitely be back. Parking is plentiful and should not be a problem.
Went by today 8/23, and received excellent service and delicious food! I reccomend the Garden Turkey sandwich and the potato salad. Also, their pickles are so crunchy just amazing
Sandwiches are bomb, i love the food here, that guy Koda in the back needs a raise for this food, idk if he like put crack in it or something but it was awesommeeee
This was my first time trying McAlister's (I'm more of a Subway person), but maan this place has won me over. The food is very good. I was surprised that I can actually get side not just chips and cookies. I got a 12' Spicy Turkey Melt with a side of steamed Broccoli and some tea. Amazing. My friend got a Jalapeno Turkey Crunch with a side of Mac and cheese with some tea also. She loved it. We would definitely recommend it and come back again.
