McAlister's Deli, Fort Worth TX

As I've only been there once but the food was top-notch. The quality of the food was just superb. People that are friendly and caring and they will always try to make it right.

Food is good. Menu is solid and offers a good variety. Service is not necessarily friendly, but they get the job done.

Food was ok. Service by the waitress not so good. Spoon was dirty and she did not even apologize. No straws with our drinks. We will not be going back.

Arrived at a slower time of the day, thought the service would have been a bit faster. Had a special order, double checked with the staff member who was filling orders.she said no problem. My order arrived, and was incorrect. It came out as requested the next time. I was happy with how they resolved the error.

My rating would've been 4 stars, except for the fact that I could hardly find a clean table in the place. All the tables were clear, but it was obvious the tables hadn't been wiped. This was around 4pm on a Sunday afternoon and this location was not at all busy. The Reuben was delicious.

Why does every McAlisters everywhere forget the pickle? Great food, but this is a company wide problem.
Update: this time I requested a pickle. It's on the receipt attached to the sandwich box. Still no pickle. It's such a simple thing.

This location on Riverside & Heritage Trace is the worst McAlister's I have EVER encountered. Our last 3 visits have been ridiculous, similar to what another reviewer said. Super long wait times to order, even longer to get your food, wrong orders, and they always seem to be short staffed, short on customer service and short on patience. This place needs new management, asap.

I love McAlisters! They have the best closed Ruben Sandwiches! Staff is friendly and the Tea is absolutely delicious! They also have the best pickles!

This location has gone down over the past number of months, especially in regards to their flavored tea and lemonade. When this drink first came out it was delicious, the servers were putting enough fresh fruit puree in the drink. The customers are being charged 75 cents extra for flavoring so there should not be a problem providing the flavor and sweetness needed. Fast forward to recently and they still charge you 75 cents for the flavoring but they barely put any flavor in your drink. Every time I visit this location my drink tastes watered down and I have to ask for extra fruit puree, when I am paying for the fruit puree in the beginning. When I ask for extra fruit puree they still don't sweeten it like it should be. It's never as flavorful or as sweet as when the drink was first released a few years ago. It only happens at this location and it's very disappointing.

Also the restaurant is not cleaned well, I have dined in their a number of times and the booths smell like urine and it's not being kept clean. What a shame.

So me and my son came in and got a BLT told them only lettues and mayo on the sandwitch. So the lady askes us if we still want the Bacon. I was so confused

This was my first time to visit this location. I was there in 12-17-17 around 3: 00. I ordered myself a sandwich and one for my husband. I ordered him the Rebuen with extra Thousland island dressing I reminded the young girl twice about the extra dressing. When I took my order and got home there was NO dressing on the sandwich at all. Needless to say he thru it away.

Just left the cashier that was there before 4 pm hit was a complete witch she seemed very inconvenienced while taking our order. It was pretty sad because everyone else seemed super cheerful.

Took 15 minutes to order a few cookies to go because they hire immature high school students who ignore customers and talk to their friends. I should have the health department pay them a visit based on some observations I noticed. Maybe the owner of this franchise will understand what its like to have his time wasted.

The food is pretty good here, standard deli fare, but the best reason to go here is if you are eating with kids. If you dine in, each kids meal is only $0.99, which makes it a really cheap family dinner if you need a quick place on the cheap. For adults, I'd recommend either the Spud Max or the Southwest Cobb Salad.

By far the best McAlister’s Deli I’ve visited. Great food and great service. The congenial staff never stops working. Someone always comes to my table to ask if I need a refill, and I never have to wait long in line to order. This is not the case at other McAlister’s Delis in the area or even in other states. Im always so impressed when I come here.

Great service but a little slow. Good salad and sandwich options for an alternative to other places in the area.

Watch out on kids meals. I dinned in and ordered a kids meal. Then later ordered the same kids meal to go. After comparing the receipts the to go meal was double price. The staff says oh yeah we charge more for to go food.

Amazing service I when there around 8 at night for dinner and ordered there spuds there was a slight problem, not having any preped, but they offered to give us salds while we waited and they had one and a half left and we could get the other half when it was ready by the time the other half was done they basically gave us a second one plus the food was good too.

This is a great place to eat. They have a lot of options, especially for gluten free. There used to be a club card to earn free stuff but they took it away. And they raised the prices on the kids meals, but they're still pretty cheap. They have great tea also.

Great selection of sandwiches and baked potatoes. 99 kids meals. Every sandwich and potato I have had has been huge and delicious. My daughter loves all of the kids meals. Their tea is incredibly sweet. You earn free sandwiches and tea quite often with their rewards program. Clean and nice staff.
