McCart Discount Tire & Auto reviews
5My car needed an oil change, so I went to this repair shop with engine oil and oil filters. However, the mechanic pulled up the car, removed the old oil, then got down of the car and tried to change the filter from the top of the bonnet, but despite several attempts, the filter could not be replaced. He pulled up again, and this time he tried from the bottom and managed to change. When he pulled down and filled up the engine oil, the oil began to leak below this time. What it hadn't leaked before, so he called in the manager in panic and appealed. However, the mechanic gave a thumbs-up as the manager pretended not to know and pulled the car out of the machine and said it went well. When they talked each other, I couldn't understand it because it was in non-English, but I paid for it and left. The next day, I checked the oil and found that the full of engine oil was missing a quarter. I go to the shop and tell them the oil leaks. "One quarter was lost in a day". The manager said that there was no problem with what they touched yesterday and that it leaked elsewhere, and that it was not their fault. The mechanic just stands next to him and doesn't say a word. Then I just ask to fill it with engine oil, but he is saying I have to pay for the oil. I think this shop is an unreliable shop.
My car was overheating and consuming gas a lot faster, I took it to several different mechanics no one was able to know what was wrong till I brought it to McCart! They told me it needed an oxygen sensor and gave me a very good price for it.
It’s been running perfect ever since!
Highly recommend them
I got off to ask the tire working Arabian guy a quick simple question. Regarding if they do certain services. He response was all rude. What kind of customer service is that.
I have a 2006 Chrysler 300 l just got my car back I took it in yesterday my ignition switch needs to be changed it cost $240 and $85 for the diagnosis. I think I will go back to them in the future.
