Granddaughter lives here while attending university. Seems well maintained and quiet for location. Lives upstairs apartment so for me it is a little more difficult to navigate stairs and I do not have direct knowledge of ADA standards for this complex of apartments.

These apartments are right across the street from WT Canyon, and are clean, economically priced, and run well! No problem recommending this for anyone.

I liked the apt but the rent was reasonable at times and other times it was expensive for my sister and i.close to campus good and good staff.
