I do not recommend McCormick. I am permanently disabled after an MVA that was not my fault at all. McCormick did next to nothing to get me more money from the offending cars insurance, AND they took $39,000 of my small settlement. They usually refused to answer my questions, I had to practically beg for information, the loser who handled my case Thadeus Brzowski, told me I’d get 200k and I got 60. I am very unsatisfied with the way in which they handled my claim. I feel certain I could have done just as much as he did dealing with the insurance on my own.

I personally thank God for this law Firm. My whole body, spirit and trust were completely broken. Attorney McCormick step in with a courageous spirt ready to take on a battle that was not his. My heart began to Heal. I found Peace in the mist of a storm something that money cant buy. When they say they will get you in to see a fast that’s exactly what they do. They actually look out for your best interest.

I worked with Ryan Strobel and he was the absolute best. Although it took longer to reach a settlement, he was very responsive and kept me updated throughout the process. He addressed all of my concerns and was very professional. I'd also like to add that I myself am a commercial insurance adjuster who handles moderate to severe premises liability claims and I would definitely recommend this firm.

I wished I’d read all these negative reviews first. I’d seen that this firm lies, changes its story and even reports in reviews with a negative and unprofessional attitude to criticism. I really like the way they change everything to make the firm seem above reproach and the clients are the liars thieves.
They openly admitted to me in my case to settling on my behalf before having my consent and I really like how it’s referred to in some responses as “their chiropractor” Freudian slip but shows what’s considered as medical care. A chiro clinic that violates state regulations and charges for everything and all they don’t do. While hurting people further and making you feel even lucky to breathe the same air they do. Too busy to meet people in person and the whole parking lot is made up of over-priced luxury cars and none of them old. The buildings color too is a hint. It’s grey. As in, they see the law and what they do as a grey matter. Not black and white, consistent professional, or caring for their clients. Lies, pressure, never having exact numbers or blatantly and illegally doing things without a clients consent.

That’s one way to see it if you ignore all of a clients questions and concerns your own lawyers admitting to doing things improperly.
Sick how they do people like this and actually can look in the mirrors in the morning and think they are doing their clients right. Sounds more like a narcissist to me.

By coincidence of life I went to make a delivery and asked them if they could take my case of a traffic accident. It took months but they helped me every step of the way until the agreement was finally signed; many thanks to Ana and Stephen Galvan and the entire office They are very professional and respectful.

Bad customer service. They never return your calls in time. They withdraw your case without notice. Now I have to find another lawyer.
Update: Don't call this lawyer go to a local lawyer they will waste your time so you can't get anything back for your medical bills. Very dishonest law firm. I wish I never contacted them. If only I could give -0 stars.

I Just want to thank the McCormick Law Firm for literally everything! This was the longest & hardest time for me, but the team at McCormick definitely made me feel comfortable with, updates of my case when asked they definitely listened to my concerns. I had Thadeus Brzozowski as my lawyer & when I say this man don’t like saying bye when call ending shows how much he really is here for the people no matter what! I am not a client of this law firm however I did call and try to inquire about an injury that my son obtained from playing sports at school. After the 11 min hold to even speak with someone a lady named Dolores comes to the phone and said “I’m sorry we can’t help you “ I tried explaining and she simply cut me off mid sentence and repeated herself. Mind you I’m not an expert at law so I don’t know the procedures. She was in a real hurry to get off the phone she made me feel like a burden when I was just trying to get some answers, I asked her is she could please explain the legality of why they couldn’t help and she still refused. I guess if they can’t profit from your misfortune or pain they have no interest in speaking to you.

I was in a horrible accident that left me in pain and without transportation. McCormick set me up with a treatment center that offers transportation. They sent an Uber to pick me up and drop me back off with no charge! That was so convenient. This helped me more than they know. Didn’t have to worry about missing appointments while waiting for the rental car. AMAZING!

I'm satisfied with my settlement after all I started to feel neglected in the ten months time frame of waiting, communication level isn't to well but at the end I was introduced to a different lawyer name Jason Allen he's great communication was great

Then tell you to wait for a year before they can do anything

The owner literally threatened and cussed me put because I was upset of them not letting me know anything in months I seriously regret using them and will never come back or refer anyone. I feel like they will just keep our money now 5 months no calls back no one will take my call

Unfortunately they do not care about their clients. Takes forever to get any updates and a complete waste of time.

I settle my case and only 11 months. I am very grateful for this law firm. I will definitely return to them if needed in the future. Hopefully not. But I will also recommend to everybody! Got me a fair amount considering the damages!
