Tractor supply has checkout counters. Not social distancing checkouts! And they were 20% less expensive!

Went into store today for H brace 129.00 encountered 5 employees nobody greeted me or asked if I needed help. The young man that helped me load up was the exception I drive from Granbury to Stephenville to get better service I will no longer do that, your store is not customer friendly anymore. And I'm sure you will ask me to follow up with the Customer service specialist and give me a phone number which makes these comments useless it should not be a customer's job to follow up its yours.

I have previously given the Stephenville McCoy's excellent reviews. However, my wife called today March 21 to ask about an item and was repeatedly treated very rude on the phone by the young lady answering her questions. A simple question about plywood in stock was not answered and treated as if she was asking dumb questions. You lost several thousand dollars in sales today.

Some great folks at this store providing true Texan customer service - so typical of McCoy’s! Their employee - Sheryl - was so kind and helpful! You’ll not find people who’ll go out of their way to help you in just any old store these days! McCoy’s are always ahead of the curve! Awesome customer service, y’all!

Jessica was a huge help in our purchase and in giving us contractors names to contact for our home remodeling. I'll definitely look for her next time if I need help with something.

I go to McCoys often. They always have what I need. The staff there is very friendly and know their stuff. They do a great job!

Being a business owner in Sville is very hard! The employees they have at this location are amazing! I have had to go in several times to get small parts to help my business run effectively! Each time I feel like I am the only one in the store who needs anything with all the attention from staff members! Keep up the good customer service!

McCoys offers a home town feel, with big box products. Offering a military discount to veterans, helpful floor staff, and friendly customer service at the register, this store is my go to for my DIY projects, ranch needs, and home repairs. A long-time customer, I really appreciate local businesses vs the sterile cold feel of the national big name competitors.

Awful service and the staff have no idea what they have on hand. Probably the worst lumber yard I’ve ever been to. I will do business elsewhere.

Asking for help seems to be interrupting their day. That's why I don't go there very often. My first visit was 2yrs ago. Today was maybe my 7th shopping experience.
Hire some people that are willing to greet and help the customer!

Always welcoming but no one ever seems keen on helping after you are inside. I always seem to look around the entire store for someone to help when I need it. I spent most of the time looking for and waiting on help. Complete waist of time.
