Hate the fact that they always load me the worped material. They can never give me material that is decent. Everything is bent. I hate it.

#1 Im a builder. I want to deal with pros. Roofing materials are expensive
I want the order taken correctly and my order delivered complete. I dont have time to return for refund. Lazy ahos on pro desk send us to check out girls
3 or 4 guys waiting on us for a small purchase.
Checkout girls often dont know what Im talking about.

#2 Take ticket to the yard for loading is antiquated and needs to be improved.

#3 I go in and payoff my account.often main office is billing me for something else. 4 times a year I have to take my time to call your main office to clear up accounting.

#4 price.roof loading.special items like cedar and hardi keep me coming back and enduring the daily McCoys frustration.

Called over the phone and the clerk did very well to find exactly what I wanted, give me the dimensions, warranty, price, and specifications with a positive tone. I recommend calling for information and/or going to the store itself!

The guys that hang out in that gazebo by the hardware must be the stores bouncers. They are loud, obnoxious and more importantly UNPROFESSIONAL. No one in this store is helpful. Too bad, the location is convenient but I'll take my purchases elsewhere.

Attempted to order some TREX composite decking, they told me $28 a board. I said great here's how many I need.

After 2 days of we will call you back still working on quote and speaking with assistant manager on issue no contact back whatsoever.

Very poor communication here and $1600 order not placed. Went to LOWES and they placed my order and I paid on site right then and there.

If I could put a review for no stars I would. Went in on a whim to order a front door and I actually found one I really liked. Talked to the store manager who was suppose to email a picture and an estimate to us which never came. Ended up having to call back two times to only find out price since they “didn’t email a picture. ” You would think since a custom door order is pricey to begin with things would be different. Was told I would be called when door was in store for pickup. To my surprise (just kidding) I didn’t get a call when it arrived. Never again will I spend one more penny at this McCoy’s.

I’m a professional account holder, and I called with a question, and was hung up on as if I was a telemarketer. Called back thinking it was a dropped call, and hung up on again by “David” (same guy both times). This time I heard the handset settle into the cradle, so there’s no question I was hung up on.

Will not be working with this branch in the future.

I really like it the load your stuff up for you you're in and out you don't have to load like at Home Depot

When comes to specialty jobs (like my current project of faux-finishing an antique credenza), there's no better place I know for getting tips than McCoy's Building Supply!

Worst Experience with a home improvement store. I ordered a patio door and I still have not received it after a month of waiting. I called two separate days to get an answer and didn't hear back. Ended up canceling the order as they are completely unprofessional.
