I've been getting good car care here on a very used car. They present the mechanical jargon so simpletons can understand.

Brought our 99 Jeep in for a long list of repairs including A/C, and various leaks. Jeep is running fantastic, its super cold and super dry. These guys really know what they're doing, they're honest and fair. I will only take my vehicles here. Thank you for everything!

The labor was more expensive than the shop I usually take my cars to, and they held my car for a few days. They seem to care and that is why they held my car for so long. They wanted to fix it right. I would recommend this shop to anyone and I am planning on going back!

Took in my car almost as soon as I brought it in and finished getting it fixed up in half the time I thought. The staff was professional, friendly and definitely knew what they were doing. Found McDaniel Auto Care do to the moment of convenience but will be a returning customer.

Ahhhmazing customer service! Super friendly, efficient and honest. I was passing through Houston and called last minute for an oil change. Luckily they squeezed me in and I am so appreciative. These guys were great! Clean facility, harmonious environment and efficient service. Which are all quite rare these days. Thanks guys! I’ll definitely return for my auto needs.

I took my car in because I had ABS lights on. They troubleshot it and said module needed replaced and recommended i changed out the actuator too. Cost 1700.

Fair enough.

Except research showed Toyota would replace it free. There was a notice out there pretty easy to find if you are in that business

When I went to get my car, they charged me 89. I asked them about the letter and possibly $20 bucks off. No deal.

I am a neighbor and prior customer. I was willing to pay diagnostic but it would have been nice to get 20 off. Left a bad taste. They should have known about free repair notice. They claimed to be pro @hybrid before I left car.

They offered a discount on my next work but i doubt i am going back. Too many choices plus a hint of fraud? Don't know and can't tell.

Great staff! Super friendly! Made a really bad car issue easy to deal with. This is only place I will take my car to for repairs.

Previously I had posted 5 stars because I was given a discount on my repair to do so; however, the astronomical prices due to them using dealer parts is false advertisement. I took my vehicle to an authorized dealer afterwards and they verified the hose replaced was not from the dealer. The second shop had to cut (shorten) the hose to get it to fit properly. $200.00 for hose replacement was Astronomical and still had a leak afterwards cause the wrong hose was changed.

Honest and professional staff that makes you feel comfortable and confident as they keep your car performing at its top potential.

Very good customer service. Fixed my last vehicle and was very honest about the issues. Turned out to be more than I could afford at the time and they had a service that made it easy for me to finance the repairs right then and pay back later. Definitely will go back.

Took my 1995 Chevy Z71 4 wheel drive truck to McDaniel Auto Care. They fixed it. 100% satisfied with work, great place to have work done on your vehicles.thanks Anthony and staff.

Love this place! Archie is a great manager! They are very professional and very helpful! I definitely recommend this place for tire works fuel injection. And any other car needs!

McDaniel is our go-to car spot! The staff always has our best interests in mind and you are treated like family the moment you walk in. We will not take our cars anywhere else. Can't recommend enough!

Update: never mentioned the fact they told me my battery was bad and needed replacing, besides charging ~300$ for a new battery and installation (rip-off) O’reilys tested my battery and said my battery was completely fine and at 96% don’t get scammed avoid bringing your car here, tried to warn everyone. Look at all the one star reviews.when they tell you something is wrong and charge you a 500% markup to a problem they conveniently made up. Most people wouldn’t know they ripped you off most people are not experienced with car mechanics read the one star reviews on here all got lied to, all went and got second opinions. EVERYONE PLEASE RECONSIDER COMING HERE WITH YOUR VEHICLE.

To be honest I would rather not contact you directly I would rather contact you right on here, since you want to write my name on every reply here’s another one to write, judging by your yelp reviews seems other customers have had trouble with the same manager, and attempting to over charge for simple things, as well as deceitful tactics. Didn’t feel like one one star review could possibly explain the level of discomfort your shop presented. Especially when I pay money out of my pocket and get trash talked by your manager talking about “he’s not my bro” and saying “don’t put words in my mouth” when I directly quoted his words, also said he had cameras to prove it and I told him pull the cameras.so yeah, try not disrespecting paying customers, some people know how to use the internet pretty well. Could have at least upheld professionalism and I would have left 0 reviews and not addressed the fact that he initially called me and told me it had gotten “wet” and it was going to cost me 1400$ and then went down to 500$ total pretty shady business tactics and as the owner may not have been your fault however it is your responsibility to tell your manager something about respecting paying customers

Have been taking my cars to McDaniel for over 4 years and have always enjoyed their promptness and quality of service. Robin and Chris are always helpful and truly care about my vehicles. I am a proud owner of a Honda Civic and a BMW3. Thank you for bleeping then running great!
