McDonald's, Bryan TX

They started out with employee learning Issues, but I'm very happy to say-Its well worth the Stop!

This "24hr" location closes randomly whenever they feel like it. The cashier also got my order wrong on purpose today. I spoke slowly and I saw her type the right 4 things on the screen and when I get my order the only modificationon on the ticket is "no onions". Which means she had to void it all out just to get it wrong on purpose, and onions was the vegetable i actually wanted. Now me and McDonalds get to play the game where I order as fast as I want then sit in the drive through and slowly check every single item once I get it.

The McDonald's in Bryan TX gets my order wrong everytime. And I have always had to ask for salt and napkins. They don't put then in the to go bags

Open 24 hours, fast service, very clean, and automtic hand sanitizer. Need automatic hand soap dispenser and paper towel in the bathroom.

Sorry service no smiles from some of the workers they were giving out wrong orders ordered two cokes, one lemonade, one Dr pepper got one sweet tea and three Cokes

Everyone just bring your own ketchup. They are always out of the pump ketchup next to the drink dispensers

Night shift is horrible here ask the lady for one bbq ONLY ONE AND WANTED TO CHARGE ME 35 cents only because we didn’t purchased nuggets but they told us they had stop selling them at night time, Cashier was not even polite HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Had a migraine of an order at 2 am (sorry ha), lady working got everything right. Our friends now refer to her as mcsuper lady. Thank you mcsuperlady!

I don't know why I even gave this location another chance, I have never had a good visit at this location. This time I ordered five breakfasts on the self checkout. When I went to the counter to pick it up, there wasn't enough pancake syrup and no napkins. When I got home, I found out they shorted me one big breakfast. No, they didn't make good on it and I will NEVER stop at this location again!

Can't go wrong at your local McDonald's although prices slowly going up. Keep a watch on that. And why is it that no fast food has regular chocolate ice cream? Not dipped. Just chocolate cones etc.

This McDonald’s has failed to give me everything I paid for and didn’t even give me a receipt when I asked for one. This has happened to me 4 times in a row. When I called to let them know they didn’t help at all n were very rude.

I went through drive through for them to forget my nuggets then when I go inside they say my bad and laugh. Then on top of all that I got half a box of cold limp fries! They are super soft and seem old.

Employees are great, and greet me as soon as i come in, dining area is very relaxing and spacious! Now to the food: very tasty, and not as greasy as u think it would be! My overall experience was very good!

Have developed a terrific relationship with the employees over the years. Great breakfasts. I ask for my senior cup of coffee to be made from all the tears from all my past girlfriends, and the girls get a good laugh.

Didn't get the hamburger the way I ordered it and the burger was not cooked enough. Why have table numbers if they don't bring your food to the table? I will drive further and go to Whataburger from now on when I want a hamburger.

It is McDonald's, you can't really go wrong, but it's nothing special, service her can be a little slow.

The burger was dry and the drink machine sticky fries a little cold and not the usual amount of saltiness

This place really sucked and i found a worm in my food and wouldnt even give this place one star i would give it negative stars.

Literally the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. Been here once a month hoping it changes but never does.

I was very disappointed, my French fries were cold and rubbery and nuggets were cold. This was a drive thru and I tossed most of the food and
