McDonald's, Harlingen TX

This location runs out of apple pies at least half of the time I have ordered them, they seem overwhelmed with customers, have run out of spicy nuggets and even substituted once without telling me.

This trip to my McDonald's was Ok. Had to wait for awhile for my order. I notice last fries for a medium size. But I will return for I love your fries most of all

The service was horrible the manager was very disrespectful They did not get my order right it was a horrible experience

I’ve gone here for the play area for my girls but the place is filthy, a child threw up and I told the manager but no one came to clean it up or seemed to care.

It's the worst McDonalds in Harlingen. During the day the service can be good but at night the workers horseplay around while there's cars waiting for their food. Waiting up to 20-30 mins.

The McRib made up for the old fry oil and the dirty bathroom, if not for that it would have been a 2 star review.

Foods is ok if you're hungry but the restaurant on Business 77 and Morgan Blvd has slow service and they forget the correct order.

It is getting horrible and horrible by the day, fries were cold, nuggets were cold, and they forget the drinks in the happy meals ugh.

Service is fast! But they mess up either the drink or leave out cheese/special condiments requested.

Make sure to check your order. This McD's never gets it right. Be prepared to wait a long time during late night hours.

Ice cream machines always broken.they tell you that cuz they just don't wanna clean it. I know. I used to work there

Last time I went there it was really hot.employees claimed that the a.c. System breaks down quite often

The line jn tje drive through is always huge. It takes way too long to get our meals. I wish it didn't take as long as it does. Also inside some parents allow children children to say a lot of bad words and some parents don't even care about there children bad behavior.

Very good place to eat in morning and night. Open 24 hours. Low food prices. Very good food. Example any small Mcafe $2.00, kids Happy Meal $3.00 plus tax, sauge Mc muffin $1.00 plus tax. Clean and nice inside. Easy parking. Drive thru.

As far as my experience (s) go, i have never had bad service at any McDonald's. Wait time, is wait time. You can't control the volume of customers coming in and ordering before you. As long as the food is hot and the order is accurate, and that is my experience (s) with this company. My food is hot no matter how long i waited n my order is mostly right 8 times outta 10 (human beings make mistakes at one time), so I'm more than okay with that

I hate that this is the closest one near me. Every single time I come here, they mess up on my order. It seems like the employees are being lazy. Today i went through the drive -thru and ordered a small fry and an apple pie and both were cold.i should've stuck around and asked to make them fresh but my kids aren't as patient. This mcd's SUCK

This place is alway hot inside. The counter people are GREAT service is great and always clean.

As long as you understand the calorie count of this food, go for it. It's clean and friendly. Food is made to specifications.
