McDonald's, San Antonio TX

This place they call a restaurant is so pathetic! I can't wrap my head around how they possibly could have allowed this location to bear the name McDonalds. Staff & mgmt, are a disgrace! Inept & uneducated people running this place is a mockery. From order taker to delivering the food, these employees never can get order right. Shame shame. Imee (mgr)

Uber driver, closed and lady ouldnt even come to explain or help me cancel the order on her side. Rudest experience w mcD ever.

Even with the parking construction going on next to them, the drive thru line moved at good and steady pace. Also we got the wrong size sweet tea, but the young man quickly corrected it. Good job.

McDonald's is my happy place. But where are my kids? They grow up so quick. Empty nest is tough. I still have McDonald's though.

The car in front of me got there food and all four passengers where eating there meals. One of them was halfway finished with there burger before I got to the window to pay for my items. In short, I waited so long that the person behind me drove off without a purchase.

I went in to order and before I filled my drink cup my order was ready and they brought it to me. One of the best McDonald's I've been to

All the unused tables were wiped clean. Drive through was full. Inside moved quickly. Fresh fries. Overall good, quick, and clean experience.

Damm I wasn't gonna give them a star but I couldn't post this without me giving it a Damm star which they don't even deserve.
I come here alot in the mornings but today at 7: 40 pm there was alot of people there it took a long time for me to get my order then I didn't get guacamole & Pico on my burger so I had to wait a another 10-15 mins for them to do that and when I sat down to eat my fries were cold. I stopped getting the big Mac years ago because their burgers were getting too small and that's what I got right now. I looked on their website and the 1/4 Pico guacamole burger looked really good but it didn't look like the Damm pic on the website. It was small and only one spoon of Pico and one spoon of guacamole & the burger was small too. So I'm gonna do the DX on mcdonalds. The only good places that have good burgers is Dairy Queen & Whataburger

They never get the food right. The night crew over charges using the calculators on their cell phone to give totals. Food is always cold. The phone is always forwarded to fax machine. Employees won't allow you to speak to the owner. Numerous complaints on night crew including manager. They give you what they want not what you pay for.

Ordered 3 boxes 4 piece tenders and they only put 3 in each leaving my crew short almost a whole box worth of chicken. If the Buddhist guy had taken our order, I'm sure he would have made it right, he's cool. Bowing after every order, that's good customer service. McDonalds, you don't deserve him, but he deserves more hours. Whoever was working tonight needs their fingers dipped in the fryer, freakin' thieves.

A little dirty near where drink lids are stored at drink station. Plus it looked like it had been dirty for some time now. I went for lid and grime was caked in the lid dispenser. Food was good, then I started wondering if the kitchen was as clean as lid dispenser. UGH!
