McDonald's, Gun Barrel City TX

On today's trip, employees got my entire $46 order correct! Both the pay window and pickup window employees were very nice as well.

It’s McDonald’s but the food was cold and tasted old. The stars are only for how nice the staff were.

They did good. I got a big mcbacon with jalapeños and when I ordered they asked no questions and made it. It's not even on the menu well played.

It was late there were about to close and we were in line for like 15 minutes as soon as we pulled up to speaker they said sorry we're closed. We were like com the f@#$ on. But they took are order was very nice about it and they always are smiling Everytime I go.

U can bet if you order anything here it will be wrong. That's a guarantee run by a bunch of kids. The way the help talks to one another is ridiculous. So if you don't want your kids picking up a second language mainly the four letter words. I would try another place

Had 5 meals and only two burgers had to be remade. The manager was really sweet about the whole thing and fixed it. The food was excellent and hit the spot.

I would have given 5 stars but the ice cream was not very cold. Thank you for having it still turned on tho.

5/1/2021 About 9PM Cold old tasting meat. Cold fries, wont be trying them out for a while, hopefully this will change to a good place to eat but in my opinion it is not up to par as of the date shown above.

I went to this location 2 times yesterday the first time was the day shift and it was good hot fries n my burger wasn't slopped together. Went for dinner and my food was nasty burger thrown together and my fries were cold as ice.

Was so staving thought it had been awhile since I've had anything from here Now I remember why. Soggy fries & cheese wasn't even slightly melted on cheeseburger. Prices go up quality goes down

Well not much to say been to many of the McDonald's in the area, the one in malakoff smells terrible like sweaty arm pits, the one in Maybank always over salts fries and intentionally messes up orders and all in all most businesses in gbc are head line disappointments but this one takes the cake. Management equals terrible here this unit is terribly ran. Mold visible on several equipments worse in the back from what the cashier says including the photo of the sink they showed me. Personally will never return unless drastic changes happen. In light of the pandemic the last thing you want to do is have mold/mildew build up in ur establishment plus bad management and crew. That's asking for no sales.

For a small town, this is one of the nicest McDonald's I have been to. It was very clean and is fairly modern. Too bad they do not have power outlets, though.

My friend and i were ordering our food this morning and the lady taking our order was very rude.my friend ordered what she wanted, and i was about to order mine when the lady interrupted me and told me my total.

Not open 24 hours employees just stand outside and smoke and they block the drive- thru with a white van

Been stopping by on the regular to get ice cream and service is getting horrible. Management do something about it!
