McDonald's, Mesquite TX

They could use some organization. It was extremely busy. The employees looked incapable to handle work load and two individuals from the drive thru had to come in due to problems with their orders.

I ordered Mc griddle orange juice and the orange juice taste like water 2 cups I was almost home before I tasted it I was so disappointed ️

Great speed in the drive thru. Crew was very nice and polite. Food was hot and fresh. Great experience.

Service and food is terrible as usual. If I didn’t live in the area I wouldn’t even come here.

They wanna make the big bucks but don’t wanna do big boy work. They want a honest days pay for NOT a honest days work.

I go maybe around 11 and there’s never anyone there like the store is open and lights on but no employees

Some of the employees are not to friendly, I understand the concept of fast food but I always believe in service with a smile, make the customer feel welcomed and make them want to come back, something this location lacks

It’s supposed to be 24Hrs but these people don’t want to work. They don’t even work for the minimum wage why should they get 15$/hr. Pulled up to the window last night and they said they were closed with 3 employees all visible inside.

Not sure just WHY this location is always slammed, it's not clean, the staff is rude and typically get the order wrong /give you someone else's order to boot

As a Uber Eats driver I can’t express how frustrating it is to come to this restaurant and they are closed! Although they are supposed to be 24 hours. The employees are in there, I can clearly see them, but they ignore me. Extremely RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. It’s a waste of my time having to leave out of my house at 3am, just to get up there and not get what I came for.

The line was slow it took so long and I asked for extra caramel in my frappe and it was just a regular old frappe and I asked for light and salt on my fries and they gave me a lot of salt

The person who attended us didn’t take our order right, and messed up more than once, even though we clearly told her and she repeated it. Bad service.

Ordered a cheeseburger with Mac sauce and pickles. And they forgot the cheese and the burger. You know how frustrating it is to go for "fast food" and get home to this ridiculousness. I called the store and the manager says to come back and they will give the burger and cheese. So I have to waste time and gas and patience for this idiocracy. PO

Well Beltline McDonalds, you lost 5 sales this morning due to nobody wanting to answer the drive thru. Most of us work overnight and like to grab a bite before we go home but literally 5 vehicles were sitting in the drive thru and the most service I got was the automated lady saying “please pull up to the next speaker. ” She needs a raise cause she was more eager to assist me than the employee. I sat long enough for 4 vehicles to pull up behind me. Even said hello as if I was trying to call someone repeatedly, and even turned around and had great conversation with the lady behind me. By the time I drove around the building to exit since I was getting no service the other 4 vehicles were already leaving also. How do u expect a business to do well if ur not serving customers when the drive thru is the only thing open at 5am. I’m definitely not gonna waste time going there again and might try the one down the road but I doubt the service will be any better there, besides if I have to drive that far out of the way I might as well get breakfast at Whataburger.

Its a nice place but went there recently to order 40 nuggets got the order and went home to realize there was only a box of 20 in the bag. So i recommend to all to check your order before leaving the place.

Ordered breakfast, they forgot syrup, butter and utensils for my pancakes.
Was in a rush and even asked if they were included. They said' yes

Just left here after working 14 hour shift to get home and find this. Every time I come here it’s something. But this set the bar right here. I don’t even know what tf this is! And the fries weren’t all the way done. I spend my hard earn money on this garbage! And no I’m driving back up there.

They had one young black female girl with braids who was just standing there with her phone not taking orders you had a lot of people waiting no supervision or supervisor to correct that problem

Drive thru was ridiculously long and not moving. Sat there for 20min and nothing. Pulled around and went inside to another long line. The kiosk was a life saver. They were shorthanded, but food was prepared as ordered

Got breakfast, ordered amd recieved food within a few minutes, wasnt busy wich is unusual for that location at the time i went
