McDonald's, Baytown TX

I liked my happy meal. I don't like using that computer to order. It is too confusing to me. The Hsppy Meal app was junk for operating the toy. It lit up. It did not move. LOL

We waited 20 minutes for our small order…. Then when we got home, they forgot 2 items and the burgers were supposed to be plain for the kids which were not…. Also the sweet tea was spoiled.

The lady was nice and sweet unfortunately, she was also very slow. That was fine though as patience can be a necessity. The bad is that my friend and I got virtually uncooked burger patties. Red it was so cold, not even pink.

Food was decent, one employee was kinda room but when I got to the pay window-seemed like she was having a bad day

Over charged me and was rely slow

I go here a lot because it’s close to work. Pass on using this location after 9pm, and bring cash because half the time their credit card machine is “down”. Honestly, despite subpar service, we frequent this location because it is close to work and we work nights. The other night we got our McDelivery order incorrect and missing items and was spoke to very rudely and unprofessionally when we called to see if we could get the issue resolved. I have recordings of the call, after they hung up on me the first time, but it won’t let me post them here sadly. They told us, among other things, to “stick the nuggets in our a**” Would give ZERO stars if I could. Honestly, choose another location if possible, these people don’t deserve your money.

Was good smooth ride wish it was longer just didn't like waiting in line for along time to get on

Very quick. No attitude and very friendly. Order is always correct and never a reason to visit twice in a short amount of time.

Terrible drive through service. Maybe the worst on time to take an order. And moving cars along.

Bought a slushy got home by the time I got home it had melted down from a large upcharge on my meal down to to a small.you definitely don't get what you paid for

Fast food but please take care when preparing food sloppy made. Need a fork to eat a burger lol

Well run and food has always been hot and made to order. Employees have always been very nice. I use the drive through 100% of the time and had no problems. The Waite time has never been bad at depending on the time and day of the week. I highly recommend.

Updated /upgraded. Kiosk to order food. Simply eat paying process. Took less than 3 mins to go in & leave

As far as McDonalds goes, this is a good one. They almost always get the order right and the food is never cold or soggy.

They only take cash between 2am and 4am and they refuse to give a reciept with purchase. So I can only assume they are either pocketing the money or not paying taxes. I have tried going about 5 times during this time period and its the same old story and they try and tell me its a computer update on their system. If thats they case I should still be able to get a reciept.
