McDonald's, Dallas TX

Told me they are slow at 2: 29 A. M and said they won’t take my order for awhile but they were able to tell me that over the speaker? Sounds lazy but I could be wrong.

Most of the employees speak spanish which isn't a surprising but the fact that they were very busy and not very manageable.

The worst service and worst food. Messed up my order 3 times in the row and did nothing to fix it even with my receipt.

Worst staff, fire them all.they go on their own hours not company hours and they don’t speak any english to communicate

Just now placed a order, lady made me wait approximately 15 minutes, I was starving had my food ready and tells me system went down she can't charge me and closed the window

All she's going to is now throw all the food away no cash accepted also, unbelievable.

New manager is a problem. My family usually has McDonald's 2-3 times a week. This used to be my go to location because of proximity. For the past couple of months, EVERYTIME I order here there's an issue, and it always goes back to the new manager. In fact, every time I see him there, I just leave. He has horrible customer service skills and doesn't appear to know the system. He should be re-trained. Until then, I'll take my business elsewhere.

Be careful when ordering a apple pie.just received one that had completely dried up, and they knew because they pulled the label off the end saying what time it was good till

I work across the street from this McDonald's and there never seemed to be no more than 2 people working and they can be rude and sloppy when getting your order you don't get your order like you placed it

What can you say about McDonald's. The food is almost always near perfect. This location almost always asks me to pull forward and wait, but I've never seen the car behind me get thier food before me. So, tell me, what's the point of having me pull forward if I'm going to get my food before the next car. Nit-picking for sure, but it is annoying. One other thing, they almost NEVER say thank you. I NEED to be thanked when I give a business my money. Don't know why, but when they don't say thank you, it bothers me.

As a UBER EATS Driver, picking up today 06/19/2021 at 10: 00 p.m it's been a nightmare! It's 10: 48 p.m. And the McDonald's employee told me there's not enough staff to speed up the orders.

Update! It's 11: 00 p.m. And i haven't received my customer's order.

After spending one hour at the drive thru, the lady from the cashier told me they don't have such order.

This is a very unprofessional, disrespectful towards the customer and to those who were in this long line.

Almost every time.they get my order wrong.no matter how many times I specify. I always check completely before I leave because I usually have to go back for them to fix it

It was 3am, I was second in line. Both lanes were waiting 10 minutes for the intercoms top take orders. What's going on, y'all?

One of the only McDonald's that does the breakfast break menu all day long. Great service, hot breakfast and very attentive staff today

I mean it's McDonald's. The best thing I can say about it is that it was very fast and efficient. The quality at this specific location was kind of lacking though. I could tell the patties for just a little old or The heat wells were a little too high or something. The McChicken was good but didn't get very much mayonnaise making it dry as well. The fries were on point. But other than that everyone at the location was super nice and friendly and the food was fine for McDonald's standards.

Sloppy service. Bathrooms are messy, The woman who appears to be the manager says she'd be right with me, But only continues fulfilling orders for the drive-thru.
I sat there almost 10 minutes, Finally a man comes and takes my order, in ordering a Caramel frappe They put barely any whipped cream or Caramel.

Will not return.
