McDonald's, Round Rock TX

I like this location because they are fast, but yesterday I had a cold breakfast from drive through. It was a sausage, egg, and cheese McGriddle. Disappointing! I was in a hurry for work if not I would have come back to get my money back. I still want my money back: (

ZERO STARS! Worst McDonalds ever! They forgot to leave the onions off my sons burger so of course he through a fit and didnt eat it. They didnt give us any sauce for my mcnuggets! I requested bbq sacue. Who does not include sauce with mcnuggets? And these morons think they should be paid $15/hour. They are not even worth the current minimum wage.

Very quick service, but whether u buy a dollar burger or 4$ burger, it is just the same. Very disappointed with the new crispy chicken sandwich at this location. Atleast dollar burger has few vegetables and sauce in it. My crispy chicken sandwich came with a patty and exactly 2 pickles!

It had fast service but they messed up the order multiple times. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is cuz the food was good enough

The guy at first window he wasn’t wearing gloves and had his mask on his neck! Like really how hard can it be being at first window cashing orders out and cleaning trays, I ask for his name and he slam the window he was wearing a oh my “gold” ring with a bracelet and necklace he was rude he didn’t even tell me anything and gave me no receipt and it’s not the first time this happens at this location! It’s McDonald’s how hard can it be to do your job right!

They mess my order up every.single.time. When I try to call no one answers. I worked at a McDonalds for years (not that long ago) and it is not difficult. It's kinda embarrassing.

The food is rarely hot, but the biggest disappointment was only receiving a quarter pounder with onions, when I ordered and paid for a double quarter pounder with NO onions and the ticket says the same.

It's great for a quick cheap meal. Have always enjoyed their fries and hash browns. Still no working ice cream machine in over 7 years. This location has been remodeled several times already but I think it's time we all give up on that getting a make over on the ice machine and they take it off the menu.

This Particular Location Always Has My Order Correct Everytime, My Food Is Always Hot & Good

Love the location but not the best place to eat lunch.use the tablet outside as they often get smthg in ur order wrong

The service was so bad and so slow in the drive thru this morning, I had to leave without.y food to keep from being late to work. Lady at the window wiped her nose on a napkin while filling up a drink, didn't wash her hands, and left to talk to someone up front, all without acknowledging me. A few minutes later, another lady came and asked if I was waiting on something, and got smart with me. I honked my horn and drove off. $6.11 down the drain and I had to eat vending machine cupcakes and potato chips for breakfast

Good Mickey D's to go too I get the ice creams all the time and the fries are really fresh! The employees that work there are really nice and professional I go here all the time when I pick up son from work at Walmart. One of the best Walmart McDonald's around!

Waited 20 minutes at the drive through with no answer. Either the person inside was asleep or on their phone. Complete waste of my time. Will not be returning.

For a McDonalds everything is good and fresh especially if you ask. However, the location is pretty new still so you still can't use the McDonalds app there. That's my only reason for the 4 star rating because I like using the app almost each time I go.

We always have bad service when we go to this McDonald's this time I ordered a big Mac because I really had a taste for it I hadn't eaten at McDonald's in months when I get home the sandwich that I had way too much sauce on it my granddaughter's chicken nuggets were okay but she had two fries and nuggets nothing else was in a box for a child I thought that was very weird when I called the manager back to explain my food and I wanted to bring it back she gave me a hard time and told me she would only replace the sandwich and not my whole meal I told her I have my whole meal and everything I paid for and I wanted to bring you back she said she would only replace a sandwich so I said I would never come back again
