13Food was good but they need to work on their speed. McDonalds is usually pretty fast but it took over 12 minutes to get my food.

Parked and went inside to eat. Wait 5 minutes for someone to take our order. Appears the drive thru is more important
Worst customer service girl at counter she doesn't know what someone order three from of me they cancel the order the order and walk away my order someone took eat the fries and bring sandwiches tothe counter manager at location must watch it.

The man at the drive thru was extremely rude. He thought just because I didn’t speak Spanish that I didn’t know what he was saying. Manager was rude as well when she came to the window!

We ordered a hamburger with only mustard in the drive thru. We received a hamburger with only ketchup and the bottom bun was upside down.
The receipt read hamburger only mustard. We went back and inside. The manager apologized and took care of it right away.

This is probably the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. I have been there multiple times and it’s always something. Being rushed on the drive through speaker, making you wait an additional 5 minutes to get your food and having your order incorrectly made.
