McDonald's, Cypress TX

My burger taste like it was inside a refrigerator with no electricity full of rotten vegetables overnight. It smelled so bad I couldn't eat it and the smell was ingrained in the taste.

Closest location to home, Is the only reason I continue to put up with all the mistakes I've delt with. Several times I've received the wrong order or the wrong items in my order. Pull your head out people!

Awful. Inside No one was there but me took about 10 minutes to come and take my order a single cheese burger and 10 minutes later they got it wrong. No 1/2 slice of cheese. Please hire at least one English speaking person. Please.

Standard McDonald's. Sometimes it's great service sometimes it's not. That's the way all McDonald's have been all my life.

As we're sitting behind a truck who's ordering, the menu changes from the breakfast menu to the lunch menu, right at 10: 30am, great because we wanted to get lunch. We move up to order and start ordering a kids meal, the guy quickly stops us and says they are still serving lunch. I told him that the menu had just changed to lunch. He said yes, it's scheduled to do that, but in the weekends, they serve breakfast until 11am. I thought they severed breakfast all day anyway now, so I don't understand why they wouldn't serve lunch. This is why we don't go to McDonald's. Unfortunately, it was Sunday and Chick-fil-A was closed. We went to Whataburger instead. Whataburger doesn't start selling lunch until 11am, but if you order lunch, they freaking make you lunch!

The play ground needs to be cleaned. Over all the kiosks don't suck like usual McDonald's so thats a plus. The cashiers are friendly.

Went to order egg mcmuffin with no canadian bacon and 2 hash brown.before I left the window I checked my sandwich and it had bacon on it.so I told the girl at the window to make another one and not just take the bacon out.of course in order to save cost she goes to the back takes the bacon out and gives my sandwich back not realizing I had marked this sandwich by tearing a small edge of the wrap.so I complain to the manager and got a refund but this should never happen someone should get fired for what happened.not acceptable at all.

Shake machine broken, ran out of Coca-cola, something is always missing but.as a rule this is a good McDonald's. I still return to this one.

Excellent economic decision for ready to eat dining choices.ksrge selection of food thru out the day: specializing im made to order hot entrees.be it steak, burgers, or even omelets.breakfast lunch and dinner are iffered at various times with in the day.homemade soups salads fresh fruit tacos, a dessert bar, fried and steamed entrees, puzza fresh rolls from the bakery, sandwiches fixins.it's a foodies paradise.friendly wait staff to replenish your basic needs.icecream cones, cookies and even gummies pastries and hot dinner rolls.pork/fish on occasion at some locations.but chicken always.fried and baked both are just options not limits on cooking preferences baked sweet and idaho potatoes stemm carrots beans cabbage just to name a large assortment of vegetable dishes fir every palate.cln restrooms: handicap, family and men/women's a like.small intimate or large party availability.so pleas bring your appetites because this cafeteria styled dining establishmenta are wanting to and determined to meet your every request of dining options.but call ahead for out of the norm accommodations.until than,

Very friendly staff, clean establishment, and what a wonderful kids play place! Our kids loved the big play place.

Quick service, hot fresh burger, and they followed my order to the letter. It had some stipulations to the order outside of the normal. I was out of there much faster then I expected.

Horrible visit. Ordered Quarter pounder with cheese meal. Waited a good 10 minutes b4 i got my order. When I got home, I noticed that my burger was totally pink on the inside. After I returned to store, I was given another burger and new order of fries but never got an apology for the issue from the manager.

Long, long waiting times in the Drive Thru, where you wait to order, then wait to pay at the first window, and then finally wait at the last window for food pick up. They gave me at least hot food, but I ordered a large fry and they gave me a half empty large fry. I basically paid for a larger amount of food but got the equivalent of a medium or less. So I'm very disappointed.

Its McDonald's, what do you expect? First time inside in awhile and noticed touchscreen self order kiosks.

So I have to BRAG ABOUT THIS LOCATION.

Where can I say it's McDonald's:) but one of my daughter's friends do work there and they are super friendly and nice at this location.

Personally, the few times I’ve been through the drive thru at this location (when I’m in the area), they’ve given me the best service I have ever received at any McDonald’s

Horrible! Place my order in Drive Through was quick w no errors. Once i place my order there were 3 cars infront of me it took 20mins just to get to the pay window. Once i paid it took another 10mins to reach the 2nd window and 5mins to recieve my order
Yes thats right 35mins in the DRIVE THROUGH LANE.

Says open 24 hours, someone who works here says they open at 5am. We sat for 20minutes after 5am till they finally answered the phone call and told us to go to the second window.

Food was fast and play area was clean. Not sticky clean where you can hear your shoes as you walk across the room I mean true clean. Well done yall!
