McDonald's, San Antonio TX

Quickly served and got my coffee right. Other mcdonalds always get my coffee wrong, not a good way to start your day.

We're able to go inside to order to go. Lobby is still close. Very nice and polite employee. Order came very quickly. Good job.

It was a late night run. The only thing I can suggest is that they speed up service somehow. The lobby wasn't open. However it did move pretty fast for the size of the line. Other then that no complaints.

Not sure if it’s a new crew but this place has amped up the term “fast food”. AND the food was hot. I rarely eat McDonalds unless my grandkids are with me but I definitely will come back to this location.

Bad place to go to messed up completely on my order would not recommend tried calling the place no one answered the first time the second time I called I got a lady on the phone saying that it was my fault that they messed up when I clearly stated what I wanted would completely avoid For all future references

If I could give them 0 star's I would. They are rude and got my order wrong. When I told them they were so rude and told me I should tell the one taking my order. Well then one taking orders couldn't even hear right. I told her four times what I wanted and still got it wrong.

Always good! Who doesn't love McDonald's but was closed early today due to weather, but uts understood. We'll be back another time

They forgot to add the caramel syrup to my iced coffee and I even asked for extra. They took so long. It's not the first time they mess up my coffee. On the upside, their blueberry muffins are awesome. I go to several McDonald's and they seem to always forget the syrup. One of them even gave me coffee mixed with tea and caramel. That time they put the extra syrup in. Gross. I've already complained but it's the employees just not doing it right.

Sucked they were missing multiple item i ordered i had to wait at the door for 7mins for what they said would take 2mins. Bad service and bad attitude. All they said was "My BAd". Yes very bad service n manager

They messed up on my order and took long and to put the cherry on top they were giving us some ugly ugly attitude like really ugly even the girl manager with hoop earrings and kinda chubby! Not recommended to come here!

We placed our order at 3: 06 pm it is now3: 31 pm and still don't have our order, when they finally brought it out, not an even an apology.

I have used this McDonald's for over 6 months and
On a regular basis. Their service and ability to get my order correct has greatly decreased in accuracy. It is the same order day after day. Sad to say, i may go to another store.

This place is treated like a prison.bathrooms are under lock and key.they said they would deliver to your table but instead they called out your number.

Very fast, couteous and I went through the drive through. The line moved quickly and the food was good. Great Job!

Little disappointed never had a problem at this location but when I recieved my order it was the big breakfast with hot cakes it usually comes with scrambled eggs but this time it was an egg white didn't have time to go back other than that it would have been perfect I just hope it gets better the next time I go

Very rude here. I come here all the time, but after today am not going back. I was just getting some water and the employee told me to dump it out and that he was calling the cops. If you ask me that's messed up and no way to treat another human being.

Great food pretty good servious but thry fo get the orders wrong time to time but other thsn that A okay.

Employees are always on most definitely POSITIVE, they are familiar with the orders and completely POSITIVE, Delighted with this LOCATION

I come here for breakfast every morning. Lately, though, the staff has been asking us to leave for no reason.

Not good was # 235 they called all the way to 241 n still waited not good at all for only hsppy meal n hot n spicy
