McDonald's, San Antonio TX

Usually, I love this Mc Donalds! However tonight is not the case, i’m writing this in line waiting for my food. I’ve been here about 30+ minutes already for a mobile order, I understand not having curbside at night can be troubling but still 30 mins at mcdonald’s. Hopefully they can get more staff at night to better keep the line moving.

I was VERY VERY disappointed with the staff during my visit. My transaction was done via the drive thru and breakfast was ordered. When I reached the window the hot coffee was handed to me. Not knowing the lid was fully seated, I reached for the coffee and some of the liquid fell onto my hand this burning me. As I reacted to my pain one of the employees blamed me for the incident saying, “She squeezed the cup”, and that’s their reason the lid came off. Absolutely NO sympathy was shown nor given for their obvious mistake of not closing the lid correctly.

Couldn't get 2 shakes right or sholud I say change back right. Manager tried helping and she not right. Military discount was the reason

This place has really gone down hill in recent months. I don't know who the manager is but they need to run a tighter ship. Slow, rarely get the order right.

They are nice.but I have a big family. I buy 80 nuggets! They always only give me 40 this is the 5th time they have messed up.in the evening.

I got here cuz its close to my house and my kids have to have it. They mess up alll the dang time. I think i have enough hair in my burgers thru the years to complete a full wig.

Mcdonalds breakfast.bacon, egg and cheese biscuits were great and the hash brown dont perfectly.

Terrible want you to donate won't touch your card but will take cash? Really and always wants you to pull up further and wait sounds like customers aren't your priority if you are that scared close your store!

Had some trouble with my app but everyone here was so nice and helpful i got the exact food i wanted and it was good if you like mcdonald’s this is a good one

Got what I ordered in a reasonable amount of time, unlike the Whataburger across the street, they always mess up my order.

I've had horrible experiences with McDonald's but this location on Prue/Babcock is the best! The staff is nice and actually care about the customer service they provide.

Just ordered uber eats, the double smoke house burger should not be presented as 2 pattys and bread! There was no cheese, sauce, onion, pickles and whatever else was suppose to be there

An awesome and modern McDonald's! Large tablets on the tables for the kids. You can also order your food from a kiosk system. Love it!

They increased the drive through to two lanes, but there is still only one window for those lanes to pay and one for pick up. This has double the number of orders coming in with no increase in output capacity - this means double the wait time and double the length of the line between the order speaker and pick up window.

Ordered in their 'fast' kiosk as lunch is only so long. Ordered in. It took way longer than 15 min.had to go to the counter and get them to give us our lunch. No table service as advertised and there the table tent sat.

Love it cause Everytime I go to Walmart I stop in at the McDonald's.only thing wrong is it has lots of fly's cause they don't fix the fan at the door that keeps them out

I'm not a big fan of this place simply because it's horrible on my stomach. However, the healthy selections such as fruit and oatmeal are ok. Plus my 3-year-old likes the playgrounds. So. Pick your poison wisely.

Was pretty disappointed that they gave my kid a toy that was three months old and said they didn't have the current ones. Nothing like hearing a kid complain non-stop to make you want to go somewhere else

9/30/18 FIRE the female night manager. Worst Mc Donalds in San Antonio when the woman manager at night is working, the employees don’t respect her because the food is always horrible when she is working. They intentionally serve old food unless you ask and the magically they have fresh fries in minutes. The food is always old and cold.

If you don't have the app get the app it's the way to go McDonald's is great either way always is always will be
