What a major effort just to make the order between trying to get the order taker to get the right drinks and sauces with the meal. Also, ordered three regular hamburgers, only got two and one of those was put unwrapped in the bag.

Won't tell you if a coupon didn't go through and just charge you the regular amount. This issue was amplified because the reason the coupon didn't go through is because they entered my order wrong.

After 8pm their drive thru doesn't work. I think you need to pull up to the window, but there's no direction just confusion and wasted time.

Waited an hour and half for my food and we couldnt even get our food.: (Please hire more workers.workers give good head though.

As an uber ears driver, this is the WORST mcdonald’s i’ve ever been too.they have a spot DESIGNATED for drivers, yet refused to use it.i called the number, just to be hung up on by a lady with a rude attitude telling me to go to the drive thru line, WHICH WAS 30 MINUTES LONG.terrible place, terrible service.avoid at all costs.it would have taken them 1 minute to walk my food out to me yet refused to.would give negative starts if possible.

Was there particularly for the McRib. Hold the napkins. The barbecue sauce is "finger lickin' good! " Limited time only.

My card number was stolen from this location, and I’ve had to jump through hoops to take care of fraudulent charges. Beware of card usage here and beware of them leaving out of sight with your card. This was done to me and I didn’t have a chance to tell them no.

Number is disconnected and have to wait in long lines for Uber eats pickup also food always missing and always takes forever. Worst McDonald’s ever

Drive through only dining room closed. Lines are long big orders seem to confuse them. Check your orders but be quick. Asking for any thing through the window only get

Dine in closed and only one of the two drive through lanes open with the line not moving at all. Definitely suggest going to chickfila next door. The line actually moves there.

Make sure your order is correct and don’t let them upsize your meals without asking you. It is unclear if ketchup remains a condiment on offer. Upper management seems on the ball, just not the people specific to this store.

25 minute wait in the drive through. Not going to go through that again. Only seven cars in front of me, super slow service.

I opened this bigmac box to this patty staring me in the eyes. I have to assume whoever is behind that line is high as mf. Otherwise ok

I give this place 1 start only because you can't go lower. Orders are always wrong, food is under cooked, they frequently upsize your order without you asking, Management then blames you and refuses to fix the issues. In my opinion the place was unclean, I saw what looked like roach droppings. The place needs a health inspection and the manager who was there the one time I went through was rude and obnoxious. If you like unsanitary under-cooked incorrect orders and angry management managing a staff with no attention to detail by all means risk your life. The good news is there is a major hospital complex nearby so if you eat next to the emergency room at least you can get your stomach pumped or get treatment if required.

Employee must’ve gotten a haircut because it was a lot of small hairs

The small Hispanic manager was very rude
She claimed to be the store owner but she seemed like she was lying.

The McDonalds is owned by a person not the corporation
Whoever owns this McDonald’s needs new management.

Inconsiderate slow rude threatened to call police when 4 people went in front of me and when I get to the window they say they don't have my order and asked me to get out of line. Will never go back there.

Dont expect to be in the Drive Thru to be any fast. I was waiting for in the line for 15 minutes then when it was my turn to order i was greeted with a lovely “please wait” following another 10 minutes of just waiting before someone talk to me again. Very bad service. Oh and my food was cold. No bueno.

Don’t ever expect to get the correct order here. I live close by and occasionally stop by to eat and every single time I regret it. This evening I made a simple order only to get home and find absolutely nothing I ordered in the bag. The employees here just do not care which is a reflection of the management and McDonalds altogether. I’ve never seen a fast food restaurant struggle this consistently with getting an order right. It’s absolutely mind boggling. It’s worth avoiding this particular restaurant if you expect to be served in a remotely timely manner and get what you ordered.
