Totally awesome experience in the drive thru just now! Y’all are amazing keep rockin the smiles & sundae is perfect

The people were kicking out paying customers if they sit too long. That is part of the service we pay for. Sorry it rush hour but it’s first come first serve

Terrible service.went there for vets day and would only let me have a quarter pounder (single). I took other vets to other McDonald's and they had no problem ordering what they want.staff didn't look like they wanted to work.terrible.will never recommend that McDonald's to anyone else

NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE PLEASE! The customer service is TERRIBLE, the employee Larry is totally rude and is supported by his manager. They feel superior to others and treat customers like garbage, they do not let customers talk because they are right, I am a loyal customer of mcdonalds and I was also employed for years and I had never seen such horrible treatment from employees. It is unfortunate how being mcdonalds such a well-known and recognized place have such un professional employees. For the owners; you should consider what type of employees they have, since they damage the image of your business that surely was created with a lot of sacrifice with employees who are not professionals and do not want to work, applies to employees and managers, customer service is the most important thing they have, since without us you would not have sense, take it into account when hiring such ignorant people. I also I ordered a burger with tomato, extra cheese and onion and they didn't make the right order either.

Omg I spent over 15 dollars and the gave us undone burgers and cold fries without salt! We asked for nuggets they gave us a mc griddle! Not to mention we asked for well done fries! Horrible this night time crew was off track all the way! The manager confirmed our order at the window and still served us trash! This is unacceptable food poisoning at the highest level I’ve added photos for the proof! Stay away from this Mc Donald’s at night for sure!

Cheap, fast, and friendly. Not very friendly to the street kids. I think McDonald's could be more compassionate towards the local homeless, in the heat street kids.

Every single table was left dirty inside, every single one of them. A young man came in after me also looking for somewhere to sit, no clean seat around. I asked the manager if we could get the tables cleaned, he proceeded to hand the rag to the older lady employee who was supposed to be the one responsible to clean the dining area and she refused to take it. So the manager went to go clean it himself. I am shocked that this store left all the tables filthy for who knows how long. Food crumbs in every table. People’s germs sitting there for who knows how long. This is unacceptable and especially during a CORONA VIRUS PANDEMIC.

Wouldn't let my kid get his free item because we didn't use the app to order. It was his birthday. Managers can override situations like this and they just didn't care. Emailed corporate and got nothing done to make this right.

It's Mac Donald's. What else can I say.
Food is disgusting and the service is bad.
I only pass by the drive thru to grab a Dollar drink.

Update August 30,2021:
At the dining room the workers are not Trans Friendly I was unsafe inside, doesn’t make sense that Montrose is LGBT Friendly area and that place of McDonalds disrespected me by calling “sir / m’am” that I was gonna order for dine in and decided not going to order and not going there that area of McDonalds again.

Billigernt employees act as if their understanding of customer service is the customer is there to serve them. The odds are greater that the Sun will rise in the west then they are likely to get an order of more than two items correct twice in a row I'm trying to leave it here somewhere

Always getting orders wrong and when I asked for sauce the MANAGER told me her employee put it in the bag, I commenced to empty my bag in her face to show her it wasn't and she rolled her eyes like I was a bother to her.

There was a dine-in option, take out and drive thru. Up until a couple of weeks ago there was no dine-in option due to the pandemic, which is understandable. The service was fast, friendly and efficient. I got to have my favorite "McDonald's SWEET TEA" Thank you!

This McDonald's Location located in the Heart of the Montrose Area is in need of updates to it's Training Policies. Poor Staffing of individuals who lack basic common sense in regards to Customer Service. Lack of Training with Use of the POS. Management Team who leave the Restaurant for Smoke Breaks and then return with Homeless Individuals. Location should be shut down Permanently.

Best McDonald's I've ever been to. Staff are wonderful, friendly, and welcoming every time I visit. When you want a place to visit that feels like home, you need to get back to the McDonald's on Harding Road. You'll find friendly, kind staff and delicious food that's always hot and fresh.

Fresh burger, fresh fries. Its been a long time since I've had that from a mcdonalds. Drive through wait spot is a bit tight in a truck but thats not entirely their fault. Very happy.

I arrived here and all the outside lights were off so I thought they were closed but it was during business hours. I saw a car going through the drive thru so that is the only way I knew they were still open. I came here to try the new spicy chicken sandwhich. It still needs work compared to all the other chicken sandwhichs out there now. The patti was flat and not crispy, kind of like the place that says "eat more chikin" but this one has a lot less flavor. The spice came from like a spicy mayonaise lightly drizzled over it. The 2 pickles I got were ok but not the style of pickle I usually eat, it didn't really go well with the sandwhich. I will say, I got 2 sandwhiches and they both tasted like they had been sitting in the bag for awhile. The only thing that might have made it better is if it were fresh cooked and a lot more sauce on it. I would rather go to a place that I know the chicken is good, spicy and crunchy.

Service was umm. I rarely order the food but I do pick up a coffee or a soft drink from time to time. This time I decided to get a burger and it was colder than a sandwich shop's cold cuts. I'm so glad I ordered coffee. I was able to use the heat from the coffee to heat my burger to a somewhat reasonable temperature.

Worst customer service in this McDonald the employees on the drive through are very rude, and always forget things, never coming back to this location doesn’t matter if I have to drive longer for another location
