McDonald's, San Juan TX

I don't know what the deal is with their fries but I want the good golden crispy crunchy fries back. I'm tired of the soggy limp wimpy fries and they hardly use any salt anymore either and french fry salt is way different than the salt you get out of the little packets

It seemed they had some trouble with my order. But they were very friendly and gave us extra cookies, for the delay on the order.

Yes got some fish combos very tasty always get these here was a bit crowded had to wait for one of my order took a couple of minutes otherwise not bad service

Food is good, but sometimes they forget an order or something else. I usually give it a pass, but there's others who won't, so careful with that.

Drive thru is pretty long most of the time but usually goes by fast.
Nothing spectacular about this location but it gets the job done with good customer service.

Its nice and everything. It's just sometimes when you ask for a plain and dry, they always put it as cheeseburger but overall, I love it.

Very bad service I gave to wait for more than 15 minutes for the fries and call twice the go back to to the window to get the fries.

I came to McDonald's on Old 83 in San Juan right after the huge storm we had with awful flooding to get lunch on a Tuesday. There was a very short line in the drive thru, my order was placed quickly, and the cashier was very friendly! I got 40 chicken McNuggets, 3 chicken sandwiches, and 3 double cheese burgers for less than $20! Good deal, good food!

McDonald's is a great place to eat. They have everything from hamburgers, to chicken nuggets, to shakes or parfait. Good food at a great price.

Evert time I go everybody is always so friendly. Food is fresh and hot. They make the food the way I ask for it. FABULOUS PLACE AND PEOPLE.

Very poor leadership from Manager. She couldn’t even face an upset customer the cashier was dealing with. Just walking behind her cashier mumbling unprofessionally. Even mentioned it was not their responsibility, what? The least you can do is apologize and descalate the situation.
McDonald’s, Please offer them leadership skill courses, before just handing them a title.

Bad customer service and very slow manager refused to take my phone coupon even though hours earlier they took the code (they dont have to touch my phone i understand but they can write down the code they did that earlier) manager slammed window out of frustration BAD BAD BAD

Food is okay. It keeps getting smaller but way over priced. Go here only with coupon or sale. Also they never give you a receipt you can read

Bad service! We ordered plain burgers and they gave them with everything and we literally said PLAIN and we went to tell them and the manager said “no, we have to many orders” ‍️I dont recommend people coming to this McDonald’s

Our waiter was very nice and he was looking if we need everything and the waiter was just awesome

First of I love y'alls coffee; that I get in line for it. But today they took too long, almost left! I should get a free breakfast.
