17We tried ordering and placing an order through the app and when we got to the restaurant the curbside wasn't popping up on the app and then we went through the drive thru line we waited for over a half an hour. Needless to say we left and didn't get our food. Idk if they were short staffed or what but I dont think I will be going back to this location again.
Ordered a spicy chicken a f did not get the sandwich and came back to make it right the lobby is closed! Knocked on door showed the receipt they ignored me
It's funny how they claim to be 24 hours and yet this is the 4TH time we've been through their drive thru after hours and their employee says they're closed. Not buying it because it's happened late night AND early morning. Why are the employees even there then?
Miserable service! I was waiting 25 minutes for my order, I paid with a 100 bill and while they were giving me my order and drinks they came back to tell me that they had no change and they wanted the food back! I cant believe it yet!
Without fail, every single time I come here after 10PM, the drive through is slow. I get that they're short staffed but some kind of an answer at the box to say they acknowledge me being here would be nice. It was how we were trained when I was in food service.
In the morning the staff is a little cold. Im not asking someone jump for joy, but just basic manners. If its on your way, then it will do. If there is another mickey d's you prefer thats closer. You'll be better off.
They need more updates with their mobile app. Made an order paid for it. And the manager said I had to call support to request a refund. Sent my friend to.pick up my order and they said I couldn't. So he has to reorder everything and I wasn't able to get my reward.
My food is always fresh here! I utilize the mobile app curbside pickup! Manager is always professional and food is ready and fresh on time!
I have it 3 stars because it seems EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to the drive-thru they somehow mess up my order either by omitting something, not correct size or item, no condiments or napkins requested.it seems to always be something. Makes me sad because customer service is the name of the game folks.if you're not happy where you're working and aren't going to give 100% go get a job somewhere else! No matter what your place of employment be proud you have a job and are trying to be the best you can be at this moment in time. Dress up, show up, & put a smile on your face
Complete garbage for service. Cold fries, Quarter Pounder with Cheese, guess what no cheese, Sweed Tea, that was well not sweet. Stood outside the door for 15 min as they stared at me and just kept doing what they were doing. Did I mention I called their number at least 20 times, all rang to voice-mail. Needless to say I an not going here again.
This McDonalds is one of the worst in the area. Very slow service at the drive-thru, awful curbside pickup service. Was told to just go inside. It’s a shame because I want to like this location because of its location, but I guess I’ll be sticking to the Evans location. They always seem to have their store together.
I placed a mobile order for myself. I checked in and waited 20 minutes and no one ever came out. Tried calling multiple times and no one ever answered. I had to go knock on the door where someone finally came and brought me my food that had been sitting there for who knows how long. I asked to have it remade and they refused. I asked for my money back and they refused. The manager Benny also refused to come over and talk to me or apologize for the situation. He literally told another employee that he was too busy to speak to me. This is the absolute worst customer service Ive ever received in my life. I dont care if its a McDonalds or Ritz Carlton you dont treat a customer like this.
OK like all jokes aside your 24 hour location meaning at night time hire employees and enough staff so that you can actually run your business that’s ridiculous! And believe me I’ve been on the weekdays and the weekend it’s busy and I’m talking about from like 10pm to 2 an in the morning. And it’s always the same old slow service with like one employee. Hire more employees! That’s not even the employees fault one person to handle a whole drive-through give me a break and it’s also dirty on the outside that I had concerns me what’s going on in the inside. I roll down the window to order my food and there’s a very foul odor sewage and food is not a good mix clean up. Gross I canceled my order and drove to Whataburger!
Drive-thru worker coughed on food without mask and when we complained to the store and they said a mask is not mandatory for their workers.
The wait to pick up online orders at night is ridiculously and inconveniently long and takes over 30 minutes. I really wish this location would schedule better staffing during night hours or figure out a more effective way to service the drive thru and online orders that are placed and paid for ahead of time.
Drive thru line was long, took about 20 minutes to get our food. The fries were very good, they had just the right amount of salt.
Food was all there but I did ask the driver thru girl at the window for condiments only to realize that she didnt put anything as far as what I asked for at the window.get it together
