McDonald's, San Antonio TX

Made me wait 7 minutes just for them to tell me they ain't serving lunch no more.they purposely waited so I didn't have to order lunch, McDonald's hires lazy people.

I ordered the two for six for Leo fish one of them the tartar sauce was all on the edge of the sandwich the cheese was hanging off the bun the second one the Buns were so hard all the way around like if they were old but they weren't toasted hard they were old and I asked for tartar sauce on the side they gave it to me but they laid it sideways in the bag so it was all over the bag and all over the two boxes of the sandwiches will not be back to this McDonald's again

I give them chance after chance, but after tonight never again! They mess up on most of my orders. They only thing they can get right is breakfast. Never again, not giving then any of my money anymore.

They are still unable to get orders correct. And I am convinced they are unable to read. I don’t understand how no onions stands for more onions and iced coffee stands for hot coffee. At $14 an hour and this is what they produce, it’s BS.

I ordered through the drive thru and got my food pretty quick, so it was still fresh n toasty. Quality exceeded my expectations and I'm overall very satisfied eating here.c:

Spent $20 on breakfast and can’t get syrup for my pancakes or even a fork to eat it. Really shoddy service.

If they don't stop trying to be chick fila. Don't be no line and I am waiting for someone to take my order instead of letting us go to the box. Line is worse when they are outside taking orders as well. Please stop.

Day time no one speak english. Night time orders always wrong. Might as well pull up to order when they ask you want would you like just say surprise me cuz that's what you get every time. Fries halfway full. Don't pull up to 3rd window or the other side parking they make you wait at cuz they will give you the bags run off and you gotta go inside to get what you are missing or the right items smh pointless to go threw the drive thru smh.

Very busy. Only ordered shake and fries. It took over 20 minutes to get through the drive thru. My fries were Luke warm and small bits, probably the end of the bag.

This place has become HORRIBLE! Food quality is really bad! I've had one order where the eggs where still frozen. Yes, frozen. Then the last time I went I orders a quarter pounder, lrg fries and a Dr. Pepper. I received chicken nuggets, small fries and a small sprite.

Today, I ordered a Quarter pounder, Large Fries and a Dr. Pepper. I receive a Big Mac, medium Fries and a Sprite.

You have to ask for ketchup and even then they give you two. I asked for additional ketchup and the lady gave me a look of disgust as if How Dare I!

I'm done with McDonald's Period! Ever! This is getting out of hand!

Employees were all super friendly. Food was as to be expected from a McDonald’s but I will say that the employees at here went above and beyond to make sure the customer was satisfied.

I had an online order for 220 pieces two basket of fries and six plain cheeseburgers they did not put my 20 piece in the bag I had to wait and call four times because they did not answer they did bring me my 20 piece after I called four times but there was no sauce there was no ketchup there was nothing in the bag besides just the food.

Nathan the Manager and Clarissa at the window deserve a raise! Sweetest people and food is amazing.

Sat there for almost a half hour waiting for the rest of my order. It took them an additional 20 minutes to get my last 2 drinks

Clean quick service lots if parking wheel chair access drive thru good bkfst reasonable prices take ur food to ur table or ur car if it's drive thru.recommend highly Ing. Julián

It was great I love their doble cheese burgers so good and fríes I really recomend and veary great service veary clean too
