7Jus came from that location it very unpleasant the worker was very rude and disrespectful he needs to be fired before someone hurts him
Absolutely terribly ran McDonald's. No kind of order or structure here. Literally every one working here including the store manager not knowing what to do. With the drink station closed someone should be on drinks, a permanent cashier in front, so on & so on. If you do not specify FRESH, you will get whatever is lying around. Definitely check your bag before you leave here.
I was in the second lane of drive thru waiting to place my order.but the cars on the other lane were addressed while I was first in my lane.after taking 7-8 orders from other lane, finally I was asked for placing my order. After payment, when I was about to get the food, I was told that I had to wait again. I was not told that before as on other Mcdonalds, they inform you if the food is not ready and If I am willing to wait or change my order. It took me about 30 minutes to get the food
Again today the order was wrong and the manager there was very rude and disrespectful and argued with me. Claiming I was not a first responder after I showed my ID badges. Very rude and inappropriate behavior I do NOT recommend coming back ever.
I liked this place because even though the wait was a bit the manager who was working it himself and a cook was still polite and getting done. And it was hella hella busy busy. He gets props along with the cook.
Today I had a terrible service. I ordered a big mac meal and I ordered a caramel frappé and they didn't give me the french fries. I went back inside and I asked for the french fries and I explained my situation.the lady said that i had not ordered the french fries and if i want the french fries She had to charge me another $ 2.15.she was very rude to me, i just wanted to understand why they had not given me the potatoes, there was no reason for her have spoken the way she spoke to me.and they hadn't even given me the receipt.i couldn't see her name but it was at 2pm. Might she was the manager. And she was Spanish girl
