I wish i can give it no stars. That little white lady at the first window with glasses is very rude and nasty. Why do yall go through the hiring process to work somewhere to be rude? I dont get it. I ordering my food and shes basically telling me to hurry up.

Food is on point not that im a big fan of mc Donalds but only 1 hang up i shouldnt have to pull up anywhere and be hasseled for change when getting a happy meal for my kids. Makes it a not so happy meal

The will not let you come in but going though the drive though they get your order wrong I order the two double cheese burger and basket fries by the time I got home it was four spicy chicken sandwich and a basket of fries I could not eat anything but the fries cause my health will not allow spicy food money wasted

A cockroach was found in my chicken sandwich! Absolutely disgusting! Can't they be closed down for that!?

Good food, Dive thru lines are not very fast.

If the lobby has a sign that opens at 6: 00 am and I had to end up leaving at 6: 30 because they wasted my time they acted like they were going to open the door but no one opened the door the lead lady in a black shirt seen me and told me to wait and never opened up smh.

This place always has horrible customer service, and for the 3rd time they gave my DoorDash the wrong order.

The bright skinned shift leader (no name tag) so I didn’t get her name but she was very was rude and didn’t complete my order as I waited for almost 10 minutes before she acknowledge that I was still standing to ask for the rest of the order I paid for she clearly looked at the order ticket and still didn’t get the complete order when I asked for my coffee she yelled to one of the other employees to get it SMH terrible service I’m never coming back to that store again! So unprofessional

I frequent this establishment 5 days a week, being as my job is next door. Every morning that Tori is working in the drive thru, my service and my order are always very friendly and correct. Just want to let management know that they need more employees like Tori who actually care about their job and the customers.

Worse McDonald’s ever. Never get your order right. Will still charge you even though you never received your item. They will give you attitude and claim they gave you your full meal. Seen it on more than 1 occasion at this point this place deserves to be shut down.

My order was mistake with the other person and charge me double. When I returned the manager try to the fix my order but de crew was very rude with the manager they starter argue and laugh of him. It very crawled

The food taste like it was cooked awhile ago and then warmed up served to us.mainly the chicken nuggets it was hard and dry!
