They don’t listen I asked for only two things on my burger n they still put the wrong stuff my food was cold am the younger people who are workers act like they can’t help n dk wat to say never come

This is the second time i go during the night with My kids worst customer service, Stephany gave us a attitude for the second time first time i thought she was having a Bad day But i See it's a everyday thing, screaming just because our fries we're cold and soggy this is the only place close to us But, Will be calling corporate.

I usually come here and the food is pretty good but this last time was ridiculous. The guy at the register got my order wrong, and then didn’t tell me when my coupon didn’t go through so I had to order multiple times. I asked for ketchup for my large fries and he gave me 2 packets, when I asked for more he gave me 1 more packet and then walked away. He was extremely rude. I’m not coming back to this location. Stop hiring incompetent individuals. Drinks tasted funny as well.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Everytime I’ve either gone through drive through or ordered on app, always something is wrong, or missing. Not to mention the staff is the worst. I’ve yet to meet one nice employee, especially a guy who brings orders out. Never says one single thing and has no manners. Time for a new job. Worst location EVER

It's OK if you want something fast and cheap but even then it's not usually that fast on a slow day I've waited for 5 minutes just to be waited on

The girl with the braids is so RUDE I asked her for fresh coffee and she gave me luke warm coffee and said she wasn’t making fresh coffee after she had already got my money she had a bad attitude

Update
I ate a hot n spicy mcchicken from here yesterday (inside Walmart on 529 location) and I've been sick since yesterday. That's the only thing I ate and sweet tea. My stomach is in horrible cramps and I've had nausea and other symptoms I won't mention. The cramps are the really painful part. I'm calling the manager and possibly going to the ER, the cramps are getting unbearable.

Line was to long, was going to try and go back after shopping except car was serviced, ready for pick up. Usually no problem but hit it at lunch time.

Employees were friendly and helpful. Only waited a couple of minutes before they had my order out and ready to go.

Mcdonald's. There's one in every city and they are all the same. You know it will be the same every time and will never about it being other than good. It's the comfortable partner that will never go away.
