McDonald's, Houston TX

Not sure who the young man was taking orders at the drive through on 11/29 but he had some of the best customer service I’ve had at a McDonalds. He was very polite and had a very uplifting voice, kind of made my day. Whoever this young man is, your attitude is super contagious

Quality here is consistent. If you are in the mood for McDonald's, this is a fine place to come if you are in the area.

This McDonald’s has consistently messed up my order and left items out that I paid for like missing nuggets or missing dessert every time I have gone, as well as complimentary items like sauce. They do not care. The McDonald’s off i10 is a lot busier and takes longer but at least they get your order correct

Hard working team! They always work together and give great service to their customers. Never had a bad experience here. First McDonald’s that I’ve ever seen that has a hard working team, and works amazing! In every aspect.

They did not give me my ranch and i am so pressed about it thank you mcdonald’s and i love you

Quick service and good carmel frappes. Their Big Macs have been down sized by at least 25%. Prices up on all items.

This McDonald's has vastly improved service. Much nicer staff and much better customer service

I was in the end of the long drive through line. Did not expect the line to move so fast. Good job on serving the food fast.

Always friendly, listens gets order correct. Mr Mauricio manages a great team. He is always personable and eager to take care of his clients. Excellent hospitality very clean in & out.

Mistakenly asked my 10 year old what he wanted. It's still Covid paranoia there.ketchup only in individual packets, etc.

Got there around 10: 50 pm. We never usually go to places right before they close, but we made a mobile order - so figured it would be quick. Saw an employee in there when going around to the drive thru - pulled up and no one was answering at the speaker. They obviously were purposely ignoring - in order to not have to fulfill the order.

Poor business practice on their part!

I've had a great experience every time I come to this location. Mauricio has been kind each time and the rest of the staff are gracious! Can't really comment on the food though. One of the best McDonald's locations I've been to so far.

This review is based mainly on customer service. Let's face it, most of McDonald's food is good, but it's not anything to rave about for the most part. It was late, I was hungry after a very long day and I just wanted some fresh, hot fries (I can rave about their fries - they are the best!).
My ordered taker, Abraham, was so pleasant when I asked if the fries were fresh. He told me he would have a new batch made. I was so impressed with this young man's ability to give great customer service without missing a beat, I decided to order a couple more items. I was satisfied with everything, but the fries really won my heart. It was a simple pleasure I needed after my long disappointing day. Thank you, Abraham! You really made my night!

Literally the best customer service you could get at a McDonald’s, the ladies running the drive thru were so sweet! I went there last night and I was pretty impressed:)
